I placed a pick up order yesterday which was estimated to be ready at 11:55am so I walk in and go stand at the pick up counter and while several different employees just stared at me it wasn’t until 10 minutes went by that I had to call someone from the kitchen and ask if I could pick up my order, I was then told I had to wait in line which by then had accumulated 6 more customers just in the time that I stood at the pick up counter. I say okay and 12:25pm rolls around and my food has been sitting under a heat lamp since 11:55am. At this point I’m frustrated, once I got up to the cashier I asked why I wasn’t able to pick up my pick up order in the pick up line, the cashier scoffed and said that they were busy meanwhile there were several employees goofing around in the kitchen the entire time I was in line. The cashier smirked at me and said “well I’m here” and before I could say anything else the big bad manager named CARRIE decided to step in front of me and have a nasty attitude and down played my horrible experience and before I knew she was the manager I asked to speak to the MOD and she said she was the manager and I told her I would like her bosses number she laughed, rolled her eyes and said she would get it for me which she never did. I’m not one to complain and am typically understanding when it comes to working in this industry because I did for years, It could’ve been as easy as putting a closed sign on the pick up counter, but instead I got dealt with the worst customer service I have ever experienced and left the store feeling attacked, unheard and unvalued as a customer. To make matters worse I got home and all of our food (70$ worth) was less than warm, the salad I paid for was not there as well as the extra sides of ranch I was charged for. Overall my family loved this establishment, love the atmosphere, the food and games but just from that experience yesterday I will no longer be giving this place my business.

Bad pizza old stale pizza on Buffett. Very lame.

We went in for the lunch buffet but stood at the counter for over 10min while employees ignored us. We finally decided to leave when one girl walked up to the other and asked if she wanted to ring us up and the girl flat out said “No”.

Over priced by far. Only a few games And half the games don't work. Not worth it at all.
