Pho Vietnamese

It’s my first time trying this Restaurant. I should’ve researched the reviews before hand, because the pho here is definitely the worst I’ve ever had. The broth doesn’t taste very good and my noodles were low quality and stuck together. My wife got the egg noodles with chicken and the broth tasted like nothing. Her dish tasted like hot water with clumpy stuck together egg noodles with no flavor. She didn’t even finish her food and I had to buy her something else on top of the 50$ I paid here for food. I don’t recommend this place, and will not be returning.

First time here. Came in and they only had 1 other table that's being serviced so we wanted to pick a table to sit. The waitress did not give us a table we wanted to sit at and insisted we sit only at this 1 table. When we ordered she had also messed up on our order and we were forced to eat the food we did not order. All of our food were exceptionally salty. We couldn't even finish the food because of how salty it tasted. The workers were also yelling and arguing in the back kitchen. The older lady said if we don't eat that food then the waitress would have to pay for it since she messed our order up. For being the owner she seems very unprofessional. I won't be coming back here.

I’ve never left a review before but felt it was necessary after my experience last night. Our server was a very kind young man. He accidentally messed up our order (not a big deal- it happens). The older lady was very angry and rude- asking him how he could mess something like that up. She told him that he is going to go box it up and pay for it. She did all this at the table in front of us, which is so unprofessional. She didn’t apologize to us or offer us the meal or a discount while my boyfriend had to wait 15 minutes for the food he ordered. During that time, we heard her yelling at the boy near the back of the restaurant for everyone to hear. “How could you mess that up? I need a reason? You need to give me a reason for how you messed that up so bad”. I honestly wanted to cry, no one should be treated like that. I’ve been a server for ten years and the way she treated him was unacceptable. Not to mention my pad Thai tasted like ketchup. I ate it because I was too scared to tell the owner that I was not enjoying my meal. Worst service I’ve ever had, worst pad Thai. Never going back

Our waiter was a sweet kid, messed up my order (V2)—no big deal. That wasn’t the problem. When it came out the owner lady was there and berated him in front of the whole restaurant. So humiliating. Saying he would pay for it and that she cannot understand how this could ever happen. Didn’t offer to take anything off our tab and no mention of the wrong order going anywhere besides home with the paying teenage waiter.. like let us have it? Or something..

Food comes out, my girlfriend's pad Thai was literally a chicken broccoli egg noodle pasta with a ketchup sauce. Disgusting. $18. We decided not to send it back after the show she gave us when the order was wrong. We figured that’d be a dead end road.

My food, the rice noodle bowl was fine but only because it’s only 4 ingredients.

Seems like a cheap place with no love or life in the food served. You can eat there but you won’t be nourished.

Come here if you want to leave disappointed and have something to talk about with your S/O for a couple days.

My rating is mostly for the food. The pho is delicious! The broth is very good! You don’t have to add in extra hoisin because it’s already tasty. The cilantro, jalapeño, sprouts and basil are all fresh!
The service is lacking a little because it takes awhile for someone to come around again. There were no spoons at my table and I had to flag someone down to get one. The atmosphere is okay.
Overall, if you want good pho but don’t want to deal with the slow service, order takeout and it’s just as good.

The fho was fresh and delicious! I had enough leftover to enjoy the next day!

The older lady with glasses is rude and makes her opinion known publicly.

bad service. We came in and were not greeted while someone was in the back and we waited in the front for seating. she saw us and didn’t say anything then she finally tells us it is takeout only. I have had issues with broth not being hot enough to cook the meat so i asked for them to put the meat in the broth and they said they would do. Brought it home and what do you know the raw meat is on the side touching the pho toppings. we had to start the stove and reheat it of course and wait for the meat to cook. We both felt a bit sick after so i guess again it hadn’t cooked all the way. Just rude service and not worth it at all.

Go inside (around 2.20) same time with 5 people and order the food before 5 people. They eat almost finish I still didn’t get anything?? I go check and ask why have to wait ? He told me i have 1 fries food( aptz) that’s why have to wait so i ask if it have problem why not tell me ? So i can cancel appetizer and eat only pho ? I wait 30mins already ?? non sense so i left i cant sit and just wait i have work to do at 3!! It gonna be better if u let customers know what happened!!!

I cannot speak for the food since we weren’t there long enough to place an order. I suppose we should have read the reviews about this place before we typed it in our maps. There were 6 of us counting me, awaiting to be seated. The waitress who I am guessing is also the owner, pointed to the side with the booths and said sit there. Looking at the seats it was obvious 6 of us cannot sit proper there. My group are small Filipina woman, and yet it was obvious to them we wouldn’t fit. So my group walked to the one table that had 7 chairs. We were told we are not allowed to sit there because that’s for groups up to 7-8 people. So I asked her if she really thinks 6 of us can squeeze in the booth and she said yes. So we tried, and she even realized how hard it was to fit. So she grudgingly said we can grab a chair from the said table we weren’t allowed to sit at, thereby making that table only have 6 chairs. Makes sense right? After realizing how the service will probably be after all that we just got up and left.

Major red flag when it comes to service and food. I strongly recommend checking out other nearby pho restaurants instead. In retrospect, we should have read the reviews before coming here. The owner’s behavior was terrible, which led us to leave and try another pho place in town. If the owner continues to run this restaurant the way she does, it’s only a matter of time before it goes out of business.

Very unfortunate!
People be careful visting this place.the owner's/staff's Behaviour is extreemly rude and insulting.we have experiencec eating in this chain resturant in multiple states.this is the first time we experience such mean behaviour from a restaurant staff.

We have gone to this restaurant a decent amount of times I personally was never a huge fan of their food as I found it to be sort of plain and not really fresh. Another thing is how horrible they treat you when you have kids before we had our child we would see the old lady yelling at other families about their children using utensils or dropping things we always thought she was very rude for it. But once we had our kid she began to yell at us for letting our 10 month old accidentally dropping a napkin which was over the top I personally do not recommend this restaurant and I dont think we'll ever go back

Very rude. Small potion and over priced. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. Not kid FRIENDLY. My daughter dropped some napkins on the floor and she got mad because of that. Idk she always seem grumpy and angry. Never going back.
