I was only able to give ratings on atmosphere and service because I received the apple pie as a gift. The pie was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS đđ€€!!!! I normally do not eat the crust... however...the crust was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and perfect!!! My family also really enjoyed the pie.

The customer service at this business is absolutely unacceptable. My relative had a terrible experience speaking with the owner on the phone. He was rude, dismissive, and claimed he prefers texts over callsâsomething that isnât stated on his website. When she simply asked about leftover pies, he got angry, said orders need to be placed a week ahead, and even used the term âsweetheartâ in an inappropriate tone. Itâs clear that customer care is not a priority here. I wonât be supporting this business.

Iâm not from flagstaff and wanted to try buying a pie. Called to ask how he sells them order ahead or if I could do walk up. He was very rude right away and was shouting through the phone. Then he hung up on me. Not the way to handle a phone call for a business, looks like heâs done that to others too.

I purchased an apple crumb from the local gas station in Flagstaff. When I got home to eat the pie, it had strong aftertastes that were displeasing. The topping had an almost dish soap aftertaste and the apples had a musty aftertaste. It even smells off. Not a fan đĄ

Not a retail location. I wish the owner would change the location to one of the stations that sells his pies. This address is his house, and when I went there he redirected me to these 5 stores which he stocks:
1. Kachina Villageâs Pic and Run on I 17 2. Mobil at Butler and I 40 3. Silver Saddle on 89 in Doney Park 4. Marathon Station on 4th and 7th 5. Chevron at Highway 180 and Forest
Look for a small stand in the stores with the pies.
Delish. Just purchased a peach pie (his fave) for hubby for Dad's Day. Got it at the gas station just down the street. It's wonderful, the crust is light & fluffy & the peachy center is yummy. We don't usually eat the crust when it's heavy, but when you buy Pie Guy's Pies...you can eat the whole thing!

I called the Pie Guyâs phone number to inquire about what flavors they had available today.They donât have a store front but operate out of a commercial kitchen and sell in convenience stores.Since I was from Show Low AZ (2 Hours away) I unfortunately couldnât place order for pick up the following morning.I was texted a list of stores that had their pies. I went to a Chevron station right around the corner from my location.I purchased the Chocolate Cream, and the Strawberry Rhubarb pies.The crusts and the fillings were delicious!!My family loves them! They couldnât wait till Motherâs Day to get into them!!?So if youâre ever out and about, stop into these stores and grab a absolute delicious pie!These 4 stores carry our pies:Mobil at Butler and I 40Silver Saddle on 89 in Doney ParkMarathon Station on 4th and 7thChevron at Highway 180 and Forest
