I ordered two items and only received one. The item I received was made incorrectly. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Bowl, no rice no quinoa in my plate. The forgot the Pita and dip. Extremely disappointed

Was excited to see on my cross country trip a pita pit as I stopped for the night. Got a chicken bacon ranch. It was 90% ranch, not even close to edible. Came back in, explained how of the hundreds of these I’ve had none have ever been like this, employee seemed confused but happy to oblige and remake the order. Proceeded to use wrong chicken, then put right chicken and bacon on grill for less than a minute and I walked them thru the make of the pita. This time, an unbelievable amount of lettuce and feta!!??? No, it needs mozzarella. They asked if I wanted anything else and I said no, just the meat, so they took the meat off that wasn’t cooked, and then proceeded to tell me their life story, granted I’ve lost almost an hour now cause I took the first pita back to the hotel. I am speechless, with Pita number two in my hotel that has uncooked meat, is basically a head of a lettuce in a pita. For a Pita Pit to be in the location it is, I’d like to find out who the property owner of the building is and who runs this franchise. I’d not only like my money back but I’d like the health department to investigate this store. 0/10 Still haven’t eaten Thanks

Everytime I visit this place the food is amazing. I'm writing this review because when my wife and I visited today the customer service was awful. Granted it seemed they were a bit short-staffed as I only saw one employee, but my wife stood in line for more than 15 minutes waiting to place her order. The one employee that was there was busy cooking and that's fine, but he walked by my wife three times and never said a word. If he had a single shred of common courtesy he would have apologized for the wait and let her know he would be with her as soon as he could, but instead he remained completely silent the entire time and failed to acknowledge that she was even there. These college kids lack any sense of common decency and can't even be bothered to greet someone who had been patiently waiting for far too long. We walked out when it was obvious that no one was going to help us in any courteous way. This place needs to employ more than one person a day, especially during the lunch hour and needs to teach it's employees some common courtesy.

There are not nearly enough employees, or the time management here is just very poor. Ordered online, came at the time my order was said to be ready, looks like the first employee only just showed up when I came to pickup. Was told it would take another 30 minutes.
Another time I came for a pickup order was even worse, no one was inside and the door was locked with a paper sign that they would be back in 20, waited another 20 minutes outside, still no one. Ended up just getting food somewhere else. Either hire more people or give a more honest estimate of when food will be ready.

This story sounds crazy but is 100% true. My friends and I were in downtown flagstaff celebrating a birthday where I gave my friend a gift containing several personal items from our childhood. We left the bar and went to the pita pit where my friend accidentally left the bag behind that contained the gifts. It had been maybe 45 seconds since we left the pita pit before she returned to grab the bag, only to find out it was taken in to the back by the employees? Then one of the workers brings out the bag and there are several items missing from the bag. For some reason, the two girls working there decided to take several items out of the gift bag and lie to us about it? These were very strange items to keep for themselves, and it was weird that they lied about it. For example, one item was an essay I wrote in 9th grade, which was a joke between me and my friends. We asked what happened and the employee said that “things probably fell out of the bag”. We decided it wasn’t worth arguing and left. I guess enjoy?? Not sure what value these things have for you. Very strange employees working at this place…

My wife was looking for a good salad in Flagstaff...found it.. The Pita Pit. I got the hula teriyaki bowl with brown rice. It looks small compared to the salad but was more than plenty, and very tasty too. Loved the pork and pineapple. My only complaint is the small plastic silverware...too small to get all the flavors in one bite!!
I have so many nice things to say about this establishment I really don’t know where to start from each worker being super nice to the owner who is probably the best boss in the world I see how he treats the ppl who work for him…. The food is breath taking considering I haven’t eaten good food in flagstaff yet!!! Way to go guys
