This is for delivery of thin crust supreme. Delivery was speedy but pizza was not hot.The crust was cardboard like and the cheese had an off taste. The meat and veggie toppings were scant and the sauce - well I couldn't find it. Awful. They should refund my almost $30 but they won't. Never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband called 3 different days and spoke to 3 different people all promising they could accommodate our large group. we arrive there on Tuesday, April 4th and the refuse to serve us. The one person there states she sent home her two servers at 8 because they were slow. That one person was one of the people my husband spoke with who knew they we're expecting a large part. This isnt the first time they have done this, promising and completely under delivering. even worse they say us all, and after we were there for 15 minutes decided to let us know they were not going to serve us. Absolutely terrible busines.

Am I really reviewing Pizza Hut at 10 pm on a random weekday night? Yeah, so what!? I'm catching up on my reviews lol Last month I ordered the holiday box via their website. It was very easy to use, I didn't even have to download the app, which I appreciated. I really like how they have this ever year during the holidays. I think it is a very convenient box, and a great deal. I was given a time window that it would be ready within 20 minutes, and I chose to pay in-store. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly cashiers, paid, and I was out of there within 30 seconds. My pizzas were hot, fresh, and delicious. It's really a no-frills place. I wouldn't order here if you're trying to impress a date lol However, if you're craving for a quick, cheap pizza, this is a great option.

Worst experience ever!!! They had a special 3-pizza box for around $25 on the app. There were a few choices on which pizza styles to order, so we ordered a pepperoni, supreme and super supreme. Afterwards, it took us to a page to customize our condiments. There was a section to either add on to our condiments and/or meats but we just stuck to the "regular", minus the add-ons. Despite just staying with the "regular" we were still charged an extra $12 on top of the $25 (so much for that $25 special)!!! Mind you...there was nothing stated that extra charges would be added to the order until we got to the checkout. We redid the order with the meats added on to the "regular" section and was charged an extra $7. After going through all that hassle and inconveience, in addition to paying the extra charge, we still got the pizzas without any meats. When we called to address this issue, we were told that they made the pizzas to the info on the order. We then told them to look at the order and they'll clearly see that not only did we order the meats, we paid the extra charges to it. They then acknowledged that we were correct but then stated that there was nothing that they can do about it. They didn't seem to care about it nor did they make any effort to try compensate for their mistake and inconvenience!!! Horrible customer service!!! They don't even deserve a single star!!! I would rate them at zero stars, or better yet, in the MINUS!!! I'm not at all surprised at reading the other bad reviews about them and I'll make sure to spread the word about their shady pricing and lack of customer service to my friends!!!

Completely unprofessional whoever the supervisor is from this establishment at this time from 12/16/22 in the afternoon it was at around 6:30pm is completely unprofessional and rude literally yelled and hung up on me as I tried to communicate what the issue was with my order never ordering from this Pizza Hut again or from the app I asked to speak to the supervisor it was the exact same woman who mocked me as I called back to try and clarify what went wrong just disgusted with this woman and her customer service.

Came to this Pizza Hut yesterday since I was in the area and also did a mobile to go order.Their new Pizza Melts came out and I wanted to try them. Decided to go with the All Meat and Pepperoni Pizza Melt. Additionally, I needed my sauce since I am a sauce girl. The Pizza Melts came with 2 marinara sauces and I ordered an extra Garlic Sauce, Marinara, and Ranch.Personally, The All Meat Lovers Melt was okay, but the Pepperoni Melt was so good and on point! I appreciate that staff was timely and my food was prepared when I arrived. Overall was satisfied with my order and how timely they were with having my food ready!
