Pizza Hut

Really really awful pizza the crust was so horrible, the employee was nice. But they gave me the tiniest little dip cup of marinara for my breadsticks. The pepperoni was so greasy and awful. I ate half the triple treat box and threw the rest away. Wont ever eat here again. Papa johns is 10x better.

And I get bad Experiences, but Really ?

We ordered online at 5:30 delivery, pretty basic stuff. The app said 6:22.

Then 7 O'clock rolls around....

So we gave a call was put on hold for 20 mins.... Then Called Again and put on Hold for 20 mins more....

We are only 2 mins away according to Google....

So I drove down while on Hold and Confronted the Staff. What I believed to be a Manager, asked if I could be helped I handed my phone and told her it was for her ? She realized I was the one on hold....

I said hey we had an order at 5:30 for delivery ?

I have her are name and she looked us up !

She explained that she knew our order was ready and that we where on the phone but, that we ordered for delivery and on the app clicked Pay Cash.

That gave them an error message and that they no longer deliver and go through Uber Eats and Door Dash and they cannot except Cash ?

Listen, I expect Alot Alot more from a manager.... I would at least except a simple answer on the phone ? Any solution other then just being ignored for over 40 mins ?

Who ever the GM or RGM is training has definitely failed their store and staff.

Remember the Good Ol'Days ?

Instead I walk into a room of Vape Hitting Kids with titles and no Confidence in their Jobs ?

So I Paid Full Price for Dead Food sitting in hot box for over an Hour....

And scored 2 Free Ranches....

And I know it's a Billion Dollar Company and Nothing will come if this....

The GM will get an email notification and not Reply....

They will simply try to Cover it so they Look Profitable to Keep their Salary Position....

But Dang....

I Guess I Really Can Out Pizza The Hut....

Just wanted to call-in delivery for a stuffed crust pepperoni, less than 1.5 miles away, and was hung up on twice before a person picked up, was taking my address and hung up again.
...why?

Actually ridiculous that when you try to submit an order with 40 minutes left until closing, they refuse.... Worst location. Avoid this place..

I am disgusted by the customer service and quality of my order. I placed an online order for pick up. I went and got my food as I was coming back into town from traveling. When I got home to feed my family, the wings we ordered were burnt. I called the store, and the phone rang for exactly 10 mins and 53 seconds until someone picked up. I explained what I had experienced, and all I heard was hold music for an additional 3 mins. Another associate picked up, and I once again explained the situation, and I was asked this time to hold on. Another person picks up named Amanda, and she is completely rude and has nothing but a foul attitude. I explained yet again that my wings were burnt, and her response was that's our fryer oil. If you order again it'll be the same. I have been a customer for over 11 years at this store and never have had wings that looked like this. I asked for a GM or DM, to which I received nothing but attitude and was told it is just the store number. This is horrible service and even worse food. We shall see if I actually get to speak to someone tomorrow.

Over charged and didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home. Recieved a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni and had to pay extra s second time for peppers. Horrible service as well.

I wouldn't. As a DELIVERY driver for DD/UE, and as a customer, the experience is poor. Try somewhere else.

My crispy pepperoni plus extra pepperoni pizza was awesome and it was so big I ate it 2 days in a row! Plus my pizza pie was ready in 15 minutes! Awesome Location! Thank you and see u this weekend ?

The pizza was average at best. Toppings were badly placed, and the crust was too thick in terms of where the toppings started. It was somewhat overcooked. The staff were friendly.

I just ordered delivery to Woody Mtn Campground and the young woman that delivered it was quick, courteous, and extremely kind. I’m from the East Coast and I really can’t remember the last time a delivery person was nice to me. Many thanks!*tips cap

Went in trying to get a quick lunch, I wanted alfredo, and the guy at the counter seemed afraid of me and told me they didnt sell pasta or have an alfredo pizza when everywhere online the pizza hut has alfredo as an order option. Ended up going to your pie instead for some alfredo.
