Best pizza I’ve ever had. The sourdough crust is so good.

This has been on my list for while and it was so worth the hour and a half wait, if you can believe it. Definitely get a reservation and be prepared for big table style experience or sit outside. We had to wait an hour and a half because it was cold and we did not want to sit outside. I think any pizza you get here will be amazing as the crust and sauce is always what makes a pizza great and these are legit Napoleon style. If you can get there during happy hour with half off bottles of wine, it’s a good time. We will be back on our next trip to Flagstaff.

It's been almost a decade since I was last here and the return trip did not disappoint. Must do anytime I'm in Flag.

We ordered two different pizzas. Red sauce should be tomato sweet or tangy, or both, but Pizzicletta is adding refined sugar in their red pizza sauce. ALSO, the cooks are not baking their pizza quite long enough. Our experience was chewy fry bread like dough, not fried but also not properly baked. Spent $65 for two pizzas, a beer, and tip included. But it's a one time hit. You cant convince us to return as we were disappointed within the first 45 seconds once the pizza arrived. Everyone in the place is nice, but the pizza production and the added sugar is sub par performance.

Dough was a little undercooked. Not the best attention to detail with the toppings and got a few very fatty pieces prosciutto. But mostly it was a bad experience with the hostess/server. It should have been apparent after the couple in front of us walked out and went straight to the pizza place across the street. We sat down and ordered our food and after a few short tempered interactions with our server we decided to just take our pizza and leave. Decent pizza and a bad experience

The crust is fantastic, the ingredients are top-notch, and the price is reasonable for what you get. I didn’t love all the flavors I tried (diavolva; a little too much going on) but thats more personal preference.

We used Pizzicletta catering for 85+ people in our backyard celebrating a 50th birthday. They were AMAZING! Food was fabulous and hot and always on point! Miguel is on it and was key to the great success! Our guests were super impressed!

What a unique experience. The building is very tiny so it’s family style seating. We had the burrata appetizer and the Diavola pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. It was so tiny and busy and funky it was like eating at a dive in NYC. Would absolutely recommend for a different vibe.

I’ve never actually been there, But there’s this TikTok about this girl that went here after she had a slightly traumatic event that involved her, her dog, and grieving family. She showed a picture of your pizza.so,I know if I’m ever in Flagstaff I’m gonna come visit.

Ordered the burrata caprese with focaccia, the carne dolce, and a gelato flight.
The burrata was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The salty meat in the carne dolce was perfectly balanced by the honey. All four gelato flavors were well balanced, with the salted chocolate caramel being my favorite.
If I’m ever in Flagstaff again, I’ll definitely be back.

Everything here is amaizng. I love their pizza. My favorite pizza is the ss-145. The ss 145 has gorgonzola, evo, kale, almonds and lemon juice. It is so good.

I first encountered Pizzicletta at Pizza Fest 2024 in Phoenix and they easily had the best pizza. I knew one day I would need to make a trip to Flagstaff to try it again. Did not disappoint. I couldn't decide between the Diavola and the Carne Dolce so I got both. It was a great decision.
