We were very excited to try this place out. Our pick up time was 535pm. We checked in at 530 and told it would be up soon. The pickup window is outside so we waited in the snow. After 20 minutes we asked for our order again and it was sitting there. They apologized but it was already cold. Then when we got to the hotel we realized the order was incorrect.It’s unfortunate because the flavor of the salad and pizza were amazing. The service and hospitality was disappointing. For $100 takeout we expected more.

An absolute diamond in the rough! Fantastic Neapolitan style pizza that is delicious. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor! Highly recommend to anyone looking for European style pizza. The building is small so not much room for seating but it makes up for it in taste and charm.

Pizzicletta does lives upto the hype and standards of the reviews. Do make reservations before you go, this is place has an intimate small group experience.We ordered the rosemary focaccia, the burrata and the pizza special. The rosemary focaccia is served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As it’s served as thin slices of pizza this was bite sized and on point.The burrata has enough hype but it is the best burrata dish I have tasted after soo long the freshness of the cheese with the right amount of seasoning and tomatoes. It’s a simple and delicious overall. My husband loved the pizza special, they made sure the ingredients put on the pizza work not just for one person but for all palates.This place is a must visit its live kitchen and the wood fired concept pizzas are amazing.

Stopped here for lunch and was incredibly impressed!! Fluffy thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and complex flavor profiles. You can probably have one pizza for 2 people, but I'm glad we got two pizzas to taste different options. Service was great, and the place had an identity. The atmosphere is clean, modern, with a no-frills-millennial-industrial vibe. Would 100% recommend!
Caught Pizzicletta's truck at Tap & Bottle in Tucson. My friends and I got a pizza each to share. I got to try the Bees Knees, Margarista, and the pepperoni. All of them were great and the Bees Knees was my favorite. The Bees Knees is pizza with sausage and honey. It was sweet and savory. All the flavors were well balanced. Pizzicletta calls themselves naturally fermented. I was curious and asked what that meant. They get their yeast from the air, similar to sour dough. The service was fast and friendly. This was their traveling van so the ambiance was their surroundings. Check them out if you're able to.

The ordering concept is so cool! You have to tap a light when you're ready to order. The mixed greens salad was delicious. The pine nuts were such a yummy compliment to the lemon and Parmesan. Pizza was amazing and the dough was so airy and fluffy, didn't leave us overly stuffed!!
