Food was great but a lot of workers standing around in back doing nothing so it took a while to get food
The team helped us get our food, took longer then i wanted but super super kind. Their smiles made the wait worth it and the flavor of that chicken hit good.

Very good chicken and fries. I like the Texas toast too. Only complaint is they only give you one container of their special sauce when anybody would obviously need 2 cups.

My order came with raw chicken and I told the manager and an employee about it and they just said sorry and I asked them to change my order and it came the same so I asked for my refund and the manager made me wait for a long time and in the end he said he didn't know how to make a refund
I left without eating and without my refund
Just wasted my time and money.

They served me raw chicken
And I talked to the store manager and he didn't want to refund my money for my purchase. The chicken tasted horrible. They definitely need to have better customer service.

I am sorry to say that in my personal opinion, Cane’s has fallen victim to the “Shrinkonomics” of current administration. Kind of sucks. I used to love Cane’s.
