We stayed the night in Flagstaff Az and chose to eat at Red Lobster. This was the first time in 30 yrs. The restaurant felt old and unexciting. Not much business for a Friday night. Waitress was nice but not very attentive. The food was surprisingly good. Lobster,steak,shrimp were all cooked perfectly. Baked potato and broccoli sides were very good. We did have a problem with the side salad which tasted like something had turned bad. It was taken back without a hassle. Oh and the biscuits,we couldn't get enough. The biggest problem was after dinner a waitress spilt a glass of beer in me. We don't drink and the smell was nasty. My shirt,pants shoes and phone were all wet. She felt bad,apologized and got me wet and dry rags to clean up with. I was not mad at her because stuff happens. It did bother me that the manager did not speak to me. She was standing 2 feet away as I explained to my waitress what happened. I felt like the management did not care. I recommend going for the food but not for the service.
