My husband and I have ate at several Red Lobsters across the country, we absolutely love the food, the drinks and the vibes the staff usually give. But this by far was not just the worst Red Lobster we have ever been to, but the worst restaurant in general…. The floor was very filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, Our food was mediocre, our service was horrible, our waiter didn’t come around much, we never received our salads that came with our meal and when we told the waiter he shrugged and handed us our receipt. This was a Sunday evening and there might have been 6 other tables in the whole restaurant occupied. Just a horrible experience.

Was in there with my husband… 0 customer service… we have been here before and this is the worst it has gotten. Our orders were not taken even after almost an hour the drinks were not on the table. After asking other server about our server we were told that they will come around when they will…. We got there before a lot of people and our order was not even taken… while other people after us weee enjoying everything they can and no courtesy was shown by our server on asking about the second drink she just said since it was not on the table she will cancel it…… NEVER HAD MORE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A SO CALLED FRANCHISE THAT and no one was sensitive enough to ask or apologize either

The servers tell you that the server will be around whenever they do.... waited 45 mins for nothing and the drinks were even not there...Really upsetting when everyone else can get everything even coming after you... Would be easier to catch a Lobster in real and would take lesser time. SERVER WAS RUDE AND SARCASTIC FOR NO REASON

As a seafood lover, a cook and a fan of Red Lobster. This spot was by far the worst I've visited. The food was not good at all, fish tasted old, not cooked properly and under season. No care taken at all. The presentation was sloppy, fingerprints all over the plate, seam like the food fell on the plate and ready to serve an animal. Love flagstaff but red lobster there is an embarrassment to the other red lobsters i have been. I should have gone to Olive Garden next door. Oh and oddly more expensive than the other locations ive been

The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. The server was on point and attentive. All the food was cooked well with the exception of the fries cod. It was rubbery. Had it taken off the bill after the manager approved it. Will give it another go next time.

This was a bust for me. I usually love to eat at Red Lobster, but the salmon I was served was tasteless and pretty bland-looking, the broccoli was wet through, like soaking, and they didn't even remember to put butter on the biscuits. Maybe their cook was having an off day, or they are just concentrating on lobster fest right now, but even their lobster tank looked cloudy and not very fresh. I would definitely give this one a miss. Service was great, but even so, the $45 bill for 1 person was pretty high, especially considering the lackluster quality.

I placed an online order and one of my drinks on the order is a margarita. When I get to the restaurant I am informed that per the restaurant’s liquor license to go alcohol is not allowed per the store’s license. I have no issue with that. My issue is with the manager saying that since it is an online order there is nothing that can be done to refund the charge for the margarita.

The local restaurant was fine. But the corporation doesn't want my business anymore. Every time we go, the prices are higher and they give you less. Smaller or fewer sides, salad not included. The Cheddar Bay biscuits are smaller, more like prepackaged, not as buttery. Fewer shrimp on the shrimp your way. Just cheaper. I think we'll make our own going forward.
