Rili-B's Taco Shop Flagstaff

Ordered online through their app. Part of the order was 2 bean burritos with cheese, potatoes, and egg. Received 2 cold bean and cheese burritos with no cheese or egg. Requested hot sauce. Received none. Called and was told the cook forgot and that they did not know we requested extra green sauce even though we received a receipt and it is printed in red on there, and in the past we have been told they see the requests on their end. They blamed DoorDash. Said they would give us the owner's number for a refund and then hung up on us. Very rude and argumentative. Won't pick up when we try to call back to get the issue resolved. Called DoorDash who then tried to call them and resolve the issue, also hung up on them. We now have inedible food and no refund.

It was DELICIOUS the rice is soft, the beans are fresh and my chicken tacos were tender and flavorful! It can be slow but because it’s popular! the current 3.5 stars feels so off! Give it a chance

There are not many options for a late night bite to eat in Flagstaff, but Rilli-B's checks most of the boxes. The food isn't something amazing, but it's solid. It was served at an acceptable temperature and decent portions. The rolled tacos came with an excessive amount of guac, but the carne asada tacos made up for it. The drive through was 4 cars deep, but they appeared to keep the line rolling at a pretty good speed which was really nice.

Stopped by when passing through headed back home to OK- food & service was phenomenal. We ordered street tacos, cheese quesadillas, carne asada burritos, rolled tacos and Birria fries- husband wasn’t a fan of the fries and when he went to go order something else, the nice man at the counter top went far and above to make it right & suggested the Arizona burrito- hands down some of the best quick Mexican food in town. Will definitely be back when passing back through every year!

Damn good chorizo burrito and they're 24hr, can't beat them! Their pastor tacos go hard! Some of the best we have ever had! Great food and friendly crew and good music playing! Thanks guys!

Chicken Taco Salad is awesome!!! Reasonably priced kiddo meals. Plan on spending a lot of time in the drive-thru. They probably could use a faster cook :) Love that it’s open late!!!

Sadly as a local I won’t be returning. This has happened not once but twice. I order 2 beef tacos and there is literally no meat in them. I thought the first time was an accident but for it to happen twice? I paid $4 for a tortilla filled with lettuce and cheese. Imagine being pregnant and so excited to eat your tacos to have them empty. 😭😭💔 tragic. I’m out. I will say customer service is always amazing, they just can’t seem to put beef into their beef tacos I guess.
