This little food truck is a permanent resident at Mother Road Brewery- but run by Roux 66 & Satchmo's (local eateries?). We saw plenty of people with food- the tacos looked great. We were just getting a nibble- so we opted for the mac-n-cheese sticks. They were very interesting- great mac-n-cheese with a thick coating of breading to firm it up for finger food. John called them dangerous and could imagine eating several without thinking! One of the brewery staffers checked on us numerous times & said he gets the mac-n-cheese sticks all the time and the food truck peeps pour cheese sauce over it!!! Whaaaaa???? That was an option. Darn it! Hint hint for all of you looking to order ;)
