I employed Route 66 Tacos to cater a Celebration of Life event for my wife out in the Flagstaff Forest. They showed up on time, the food was great, and they were very professional. I would use them in a minute for another event, especially one as important as this event was to me.

We hired this sweet family to make tacos for a joint graduation party at our house two weeks ago. They arrived right on time and quickly got set up. Everyone here raved about the delicious Carne Asada tacos (all you can eat!), rice and beans, chips and homemade salsa. The little tortillas had crisp edges with perfectly fluffy centers to hold the delicious meat.😋 That is no easy feat since every Mexican family thinks they have the best food, and half our guests were Mexican 😀This may have been the easiest party we’ve ever hosted as there was no food prep no dishes afterward, but every person ate their fill :-They continued to serve with cheerful smiles right up to the last minute we had paid for, even when my son went back five minutes before they were set to leave and asked for a dozen more!
We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

They are very professional, the set up was easy, right in the driveway, and the food! Oh my goodness! We had the carne asada tacos, rice, beans and chips and salsa! Everything was so fresh and good! our guests loved it! Thank you Margaret and Manuel!

This is some of the best food I've had since moving to Flagstaff. My boyfriend and I tried their green Chile Asada burrito and the carne asada supreme nachos and they were both amazing. Just the smell alone made us fall in love with the food. I highly recommend the food. It was amazing quality at a good price and the owners are so sweet.

So full of flavor and everytime we are in the area we check online to see if they are out. We would choose them over any restaurant anyday.

The carne asada burrito is the best in town. The carne asada is ever so slightly crispy on the edges, but moist and juicy in the middle. And the sauce! Don’t get me started, not the hot sauce, but the burrito is perfectly saucy, some sort of magic! And served with a smile.

Was recommended the carne asada so I went by for a snack (carne asada taco for under $4). it was overly under sold. Hands down one of the best carne asada tacos I've ever had. Definitely keeping my eye out for when they're next posted up at the corner of 4th and 7th so I can try more of the menu.
In addition to the great food the owners/operators seem like really down to earth people. Very personable.
