Bar service very slow and be alert their is a service charge added to the guest check but they dont tell you so you may double tip. Bobby our t-chef was very entertaining and anxious to please.

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They were late on my reservation. The waiter took forever to get our drinks and then forgot my drink. We were there seated for 1 hour 45 minutes and didn't ever get our food. Watched the chef cook so slow and only cook for half the table. 1:45 and no food is insane!

I wrote a Yelp review with all the details, had a reservation at 6, got sat at 6, other party was late, they didn't sit until almost 6:30 with half their party, ordered a drink and it took forever (3 times) than due to the other party not arriving, I didn't get the “show”, my bill was wrong 3 times and they tried charging me 18% for JUST ME, was told it is due the “show” I never got, my bill was almost $120 and the biggest waste of money ever!!!! The food was great. For a dinner of this price it was a bunch of young, staff who really had no idea I will not be returning.....terrible experience

It seemed like a slow night. Less than half the tables with diners. Maybe very short on wait staff. Kind of a marathon dining experience that I was not used to. The chef was very entertaining which made the evening pleasant.

First time but certainly not the last time. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff made us feel so cared for. Lindsey was our server, and she truly made us feel like we were dining in her home. We started out with sushi, which was so incredibly fresh and delicious, we ordered the Spicy Tuna and Red Dragon Roll. Then Chef Pearl came out and not only entertained us with great conversation and lots of fire hearts, but also fed us absolutely delicious steak and ahi tuna, with a great fried rice and veggies, and a smattering of sauces. We truly will rave about this place to our friends that stop through Flagstaff, it was such a joy. Lindsey also warned us about the 18% gratuity, but we couldn’t resist leaving a little more for such excellent service.

Wow! What an unforgettable experience. We came here to celebrate, and a true celebration was given to us. From the chef Pearl's humor and amazing food to the literal “hearts of fire” she created, the evening was nothing short of magical. Our server, Lindsey, was transparent and thoughtful, she made sure we understood the gratuity charge upfront, which made us feel respected and welcomed. The conversation with both Lindsey and Pearl added so much warmth to the night. The ambience, the food, and the genuine hospitality all came together to make our celebration outstanding. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs!) and can't wait to return.

We were in a bit of hesitation after the last reviews on their sushi but we tried it - and it was awesome! We tried Spicy Tuna, Flagstaff and Sakura roll. Everything was perfect. My fiancé is a chef himself and he said it’s all great regarding raw food safety. Great place for a date night

Wow! Service was awesome! Especially big shout out to chef Chris! He made our experience fun and personal. One major downside tho… both myself and my girlfriend experienced extreme stomach pain and diarrhea after our meal. The food tasted great but obviously gave us some sort of food poisoning.

Best experience ever! My partner and I just got married on Saturday so we took a trip to Flagstaff. We came here for dinner and everything about it was amazing. The staff, the food, the environment. We felt so welcome and everyone was just so sweet. I will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone! Even if you aren't a seafood lover. My husband doesn't like seafood but he got the chicken and was very satisfied
