We came here for sushi and didn't try the teppanyaki this time, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations! We tried two different rolls—a Chef Special (forgot the name) and a California roll—and both were amazing. The sashimi was also fresh and cut into nice, thick pieces. Definitely recommended! Will visit again soon.

First time here - lovely big space but freezing in side with lots of cold ceiling vents meaning we kept our coats and hats on throughout eating... bit on the pricey side but I guess you're paying for an entertaining chef say right in front of you... Cannot fault the food - excellent

Our chef Pearl made the experience so wonderful for my wife who had never enjoyed a teppan meal before. She kept the good vibes coming and even took a cute video for our anniversary. The service we received at the Saukurs was phenomenal and I truly hope I can come back and eat Pearl's food again it seriously changed my life. It was some of the best food I've ever eaten. I will be back again for this wonderful experience.

Chef Bobby is the best! We have been doing hibachi for over 40 years as our Christmas Eve tradition and Bobby was definitely one of our top chefs ever! He was incredibly entertaining and creative, and very attentive to the quality of the food. The filet mignon was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and each person’s temperature was perfect. We loved the vegetables! Thank you for such a lovely evening, Chef Bobby!

Had dinner here Xmas eve and Christmas during my stay at Doubletree. 10 out of 10 excellent experience. Food was fresh and high quality and the chefs really know what they are doing. I will definitely have dinner here again next time I'm in Flagstaff.

Chase was great as our chef. We waited over 1 hour seated at our Table for a chef with three kids. Highly disappointed with staff and manager they couldn't care less that we waited over 60 minutes. We cant recommend and the manager isn't worth much at all. We ate 12/23/25 with reservations booked a month prior and drove from Sedona. Cant recommend. Beyond disappointed.
