Literally the worst burrito I’ve ever had. The Red Chile (mild according to them) lacked any red chile whatsoever. They don’t serve ground beef with their food. Has to be substituted with carne asada that you pay extra for. The carne asada tasted like it had been boiled in water and didn’t see the grill at all. The flavor was lifeless. My wife complained about the pork on her taco salad and how it also lacked any flavor. How can this restaurant be a best of in Flagstaff when the food is surpassed by Taco Bell? I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody.

No wait and quick service. Started with 3 salsa and chips, enjoyed the sopapilla and carnitas combo for the meal with margarita. Overall good experience, could seat larger groups as there were quite a few there.

Just picked up 3 tacos. carne asada, carnitas and chicken street tacos. They didn't not even warm the tortilla. The food did not look appetizing.. ..it was cold and bland. Not authentic Mexican food !

We went there because Guy Fiere had this in Drive Ins, Diners and Dives. The 3 salsas were delicious.

My hot chocolate was really good. The tacos carne asada were good. They have this hot sauce that serve with chips.. is made out of pineapple and habanero. And it’s really really good.

We were recommend this place and so we made a reservation. The restaurant vibe is that of a chain restaurant. Not good or bad, just is that.

We started with margaritas during happy hour. We didnt get any happy hour prices. Because we ordered Cadillac margaritas.. oh well.
One of us got the standard size drink, the other got the large version. Neither margarita tasted similar. As a former bartender in a mexican restaurant, that's weird.
Wife said her margarita was lacking alcohol. Mine was not.
Since we had a late lunch we decided to split a dinner. We went with a classic carnitas plate. Nice size portions. Flavor was very basic, nothing great here. Guacamole, if you're going call it Guacamole, put more than a table spoon in a tiny kiddy size paper cup. The staff were super nice and did get us more without hesitation, but the visual of that tiny cup is not good.

This place has great service and is in a convenient location but the food was night and day from the first time. I would not go back after my last meal. The Guy picks were looked and tasted great, and the margaritas were also good. This is the only reason I’m giving it a 2. I ordered the combo and it was not good at all, it looked and tasted like it was sitting for a while. The service was good as always but the food was not, I would give it another chance but it’s a no for me at this point.

A new FAVORITE place for us. Our daughter is at NAU and has been a few times. We came between Lunch and dinner. We had Fantastic service and Amazing beverages and food. One of us is Gluten free and they were so knowledgeable and accommodating. That family member felt very safe eating here and we all Really enjoyed our meals. Stuffed sopapilla, Enchilada trio, Quesadilla with smoked chicken, peach and habanero street tacos. We tried all the salsa with chips and they are all fantastic. We had Sopapillas, that were only OK. We had a virgin Pina Colada and a regular blue margarita. We will absolutely be back.

Driving back down from the GC decided to find a DDD place to eat and Salsa Brava came up. Lana was serving at the bar and was one of the nicest people I've met while visiting Arizona. Chips and 3 different homemade salsas startedthe meal. All were fresh and tasty. I had the Navajo Taco for an entree. The menu says its the size of your head and they aren't exaggerating... this thing is huge, and delicious. The slice of Key Lime Pie to cap the meal off was one of the best I've ever had. Truly an amazing meal and worth the stop. Did I mention fresh homemade Sangria? Careful you don't have too many, they go down smooth lol.
