We had a sudden death in our family and we were under a time crunch. Even though Simply Delicious was terribly busy on the day we held the memorial they worked us in. They were amazing to work with. Everything was done timely and with great care. At the end of the day people always remember the food and the food was SIMPLY DELICIOUS. There was not one single dish that wasn't fabulous. I consulted with Nancy and she would point in the right direction when I needed help. I would not consider using another catering company and my husband is a doctor and we do a lot of entertaining. Living in Flagstaff for 11+ years and this is my most favorite place to eat. A very special place, not your regular commercial restaurant. Food is healthy, fresh and tasty. You get a feeling that the owner is cooking especially for you. The vibe is beyond great...a surviving piece of Flagstaff--a city that is losing its character and is disappearing quickly before our eyes. Again, best place to eat and to take your visiting friends. Highly recommend.

Nancy and her crew at Simply Delicious did a fabulous job at our wedding! We came from out of town and didn't get a chance to do a tasting ahead of time. Nancy got a great feel for what we wanted and liked, crafted a killer menu, and the food was excellent. We had more than a few foodies at the reception who raved about the dinner! Her staff were courteous and professional, the bartenders made great drinks, and Nancy herself made sure that my husband and I were well-taken care of. (Indeed, when we arrived at the venue to take pictures, she was there with a glass of water in hand for each of us to make sure we stayed hydrated!). Nancy is extremely detail-oriented and communicates quickly and directly; it's obvious she likes what she does and is very good at it.

Nancy not only catered our daughters wedding, providing wonderfully delicious food but made everything come together beautifully. She goes above and beyond. Truly not only an exceptional caterer but stepped into the role of wedding coordinator and knocked it out of the park. I can’t imagine a wedding without her! Highly recommend her and her fabulous staff.

Nancy McCalla and her team did a fantastic job at our wedding. She not only produced a beautiful menu, but she helped us with all the rentals and linens. We had a tasting in advance and got to choose the perfect dishes. We had multiple passed hors d'oeuvres, colorful fall salads, salmon and steak entrees. The presentation was beautiful. Our wedding was hosted in a meadow, without amenities. Nancy and her team went above and beyond setting up the tent, a full kitchen and hosting the bar. If you want a superb experience in Flagstaff, there is no one better than Simply Delicious. Thank you for making our day easy, fun and so delicious!

The duck tacos are delicious and the fish tacos are just as good. Always good eating here.
