Sizzler - Delivery or Takeout Available

Not a great experience. My girlfriends mother ordered the beef tips over mashed potatoes (daily special) which sounded great so my girlfriend replied “we will be having that as well.” Without clarifying at all, we were charged for 3 entrees when my girlfriend and I had intended on splitting the second entree. Pointing this out was met by the servers disdain, but we were eventually refunded. They also close early “due to the curfew” but several other restaurants have informed us the curfew does not apply to dine-in restaurants or drive-thru’s even.

Server was awesome, but i think we got older steaks that overcooked while waiting for other food in our party. Food quality was ok but not very busy to justify overcooked food. Drinks were always refilled and we hardly had to ask.

I called to see if I could get take out and of course Scott said yes. I ordered my favorites Steak and Lobster, and the Classic Trio. Both were made as I requested. I also ordered side salads which were a good size and of course Cheese Cake which was so good I had to order more the next day. Although I wanted to eat inside I had to get take out due to the current situation in the community. I have to say not only was our entire meal hot and fresh, the service was excellent. Scott and his crew went above and beyond to make us happy. With that said if you like Sizzler and dont think you can get their food during this crazy time your wrong because you can. Give them a call if you want to enjoy Steak Seafood and Salad.

Salad bar is great. steaks are dry and tough. Baked potato not cook still hard.

Didn't get to experience this restaurant because I got there at 8:50. The sign says they're open til 9:00 but alas, the door was locked. Outback was happy to serve us. Next time we won't waste our time.

Extremely poor service my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant along with 2 servers that kept disappearing into the back and would have to be waves down for us to ask for salad bar plates and refills. My entree had a small strip of plastic that I got a $4.50 refund for. Training needs to be completed with servers and time management. Very unusual experience for $60.

This sizzlers was disgustingly disappointing!! The food here sucked!

Front cashier was amazing on up-selling, wait staff how ever was lacking, very poor. Business wasn't busy, yet no one refilled our drinks, no side sauces were offered, steak was cold like it was grilled but sat up on the serving area for a few minutes. Definitely not returning, and not recommending to anyone, unless they like slow service, be my guest and come here...

Good food. Decent price. Buffet was small but fairly good. Not amazing food or anything. But good.

need more customer service... your order was wrong....the food was not that good...my chicken fried steak was not good...the salad bar was ok but it was not worth 12.99$$

Place was nice and clean. However food could have been better. We asked for Ribs and they were too dry. We asked for mashed potatoes and they were out.

I love the place the salad bar is so fresh and delicious !!! See you again soon very good waiters no complaints whatsoever

Great steak and pulled pork

Lobster was half decent, but the steaks are bottom of the barrel. Me and my sister ordered the steak and lobster. I got medium rare and she got rare. My steak was medium at best and felt like I was chewing on leather. Her steak was medium well despite ordering rare and she ended up sending it back for a new steak, but the new steak she had received was well done.

Horrible service, food was in tiny servings and barely edible, got tough steak, cold shrimp and cold potatoes, gluey gravy, salad bar was dirty and lacking in fresh items. No drink refills and never got my coffee! There were four of us and we spent over $120. I truly regret going. Will not ever make this mistake again!
