I have to give Sizzler 5 stars because they have good, fresh, reasonably priced menu. We always get the Senior Citizen salad bar and the salad bar has always been fresh. There are plenty of side dishes besides the salad bar - I usually get their chicken wings, chips with cheese sauce and they always have items to make tacos, spaghetti and soups. Even tho they had a bus load when we went yesterday, they had plenty of food and the restaurant is very spacious to accommodate many people eating. The restaurant was pretty full but yet no wait to get what we needed when we needed it. We also always have to have that bit of soft serve to top off our meal. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. We actually came last weekend also besides yesterday.

Very expensive for the quality and standard of food. Not value for money. Salad bar was acceptable. Italian chicken and fries were less acceptable. Waiting nearly 30mins for the order and only came after I asked what the standard waiting time for food was (12mins). The venue was busy at the time. If staying near by please look around as there are really good other options to spend your money.

Salad bar is excellent, but the steak...not so good 🤮. Service is great. Overall, it's a nice restaurant, but don't order the steak.

We are probably the last of the loyal fans of Sizzler at the Phoenix location & we want to keep this Flagstaff branch living it's last breath.
Just could not help commenting on the spaghetti sauce was a watered down disappointment. We believe you could do a little better on this so we can look past the aged decor. Love that they serve fluffy french toast. We want you to stay

This is simply an overpriced fast-food joint. You place your order when you come in have a seat and your food is served like any other fast-food joint. We had the salad bar which was one of the worst ever. Spinach was black and slimy, most items had a strange flavor. Only able to find a couple of edible items; cottage cheese, diced cukes and diced canned beets. Ordered "jumbo" shrimp which were tiny and mostly breading. The cilantro lime rice had no cilantro or lime. My wife's salmon was just okay but had a strange skin-like coating. Her garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic and probably came out of a box; tasteless. I suspect that everything is made days ahead at a commissary.
