Very busy so we had to wait a bit, but it was good!

Piss poor service.
Management less than desirable.
It is fast food in a bad location.
Couldn't get a chile coney served right at all.
Well there was little to NO chile on the order. Tater tots cold. Service horrible.
Was promised a call from a manager.
Couldn't get that right either.
Wanting sonic wait for a better location!

This has been the worst experience I have at this specific Sonic. I have been coming to the Butler Sonic for a few years now and they have always took a long time. But this time it took over 30 minutes when no one else was even here and got all the food a #5 and chili cony. It was all cold and seemed to be sitting because the bun for the dog was dry and just fell apart when picked up. I go to Sonic all over but this one needs to be checked on before they hurt the sonic name

Food was good but they act like the damn ketchup packets comes out there pay check.got two medium tater tots with 4 corn dogs and was told we couldn't have more ketchup 4 small packets ain't going to cut it lmao. what in the bad customer service customer should always be right give me my damn ketchup packets when I ask for them.

It was an app order. I ordered ASAP and the app told me 5 mins, it'll be ready.
Took me 6 mins to get there and I checked in through the app.
But, I waited another 10 more mins for my order to come through.
The app or the crew could be slow.
I'll give the app a few more mins when I order next time.

Nathan gives an attitude of he does not want to be there. Not one word or eye contact. My fries were hot. My dogs were warm. And my drinks were very old actually warm and absolutely flat. In my opinion you never let food or drink sit so long it comes to that. I was upset I gave a tip while paying with a card. I want my tip back and my drinks. When I called I explained my situation first to a crew member than again to a manager the told me after I explained the situation I could just come back and she would replace them.I said I could not tonight but could in the future. She said only to night and I couldn't be telling the truth because they check the carbonation which I don't even know what these drinks are so how can I even know if it was carbonated. Anyway I had to be the bigger person and apologize that I was upset I pre gave a tip and chose to give this location another chance. I just wanted to let the manager know what was going on at her location. She said at the end oh your drinks are still here. But to have to feel like I was the problem and deescalate and apologize and be patient with the management was making me feel I made the bad choice to come here. In the past I have had burnt burgers and another time I asked for mustard and they gave me not the right fixings servings but over the top drowned it with mustard. I wonder do they think it's funny? They get paid a very high minimum wage while every one with experience and pride get no raise, basically back to minimum wage.
