I am writing to share my family’s recent disappointing experience at Sonic. When our order was brought out, the bag was soaked with grease and other liquid, which leaked onto our hands and into our car. We politely pointed this out to the server, but instead of offering a solution or an apology, she was short and dismissive. This lack of basic courtesy and willingness to address the issue was extremely frustrating and left us feeling disrespected and unvalued as customers. We hope Sonic will address both the food handling concerns and the customer service we experienced so other guests don’t have the same encounter.

my food was wrong the lady tells me i ordered wrong but my recipe shows what i ordered they just made a mistake and instead of admitting that she wanted to argue i got my refund and left since she wanted to act like that
Ordered a medium size onion rings. $5.34 for 5 onion rings!! Really? Not anymore.
