Completely missed an entire drink and did not give us the sauce we ordered and we did not even notice until we were home. We went all the way back for the missing drink we paid for and they let us know they were out of dr. pepper. So they run out and didn’t even let us know, just simply skipped the drink. So incredibly frustrating and we were not even reimbursed for our time or their mistake.

Called sonic location on butler ave to confirm a pick up order, a female employee answered phone & denied my order and hung up. Employee gave no explanation or reasoning very unprofessional perhaps some phone etiquette would be nice!

So we got there, pressed the button and was told they were only accepting card which is fine. But my issue was when I asked for tatter tots and the person on the speaking just replied with "nope" and I said "I'm sorry what was that?" To which he just replied "nope" again and then finally said "yeah we're out of those" like you could've just said that instead of being rude and just saying "nope". Definitely avoid this place if you don't wanna deal with rude workers. Like what's so hard about saying "I'm sorry we're currently out of those" like it's your job. Either work it or leave.

We got told it would be a total of 20-30 minutes to get our food which I didn’t mind at first, then we sat there for 25 minutes before they even spoke to us and apparently had forgotten we were sitting there because when we pressed the button again and they told us again it would be 20-30 minutes thinking we were new customers when we hadn’t even gotten any service yet. I wouldn’t mind waiting 30 minutes total but 30 to order and then another 30 to wait for food is a bit much.

I have enjoyed two locations so far at my return to eating Sonic and very pleased with the burgers and always epic milkshakes. Customer service was great both times just miss old-school rollerblade antics
Parking: Enjoyed the option to order and pay with the app which included a deals that arent available on the menu but exclusive.

Nice Sonic location. Ordering was easy with just pressing a button. Crispy chicken sandwich was on the mark. Tater tots, not. Tots were cold. Enjoy!
