After a big order, someone missed delivering part of our order. When we asked for it, the manager told us it was in our bag. She refused to believe that it wasn’t there, demanding it was “in the bottom of the bag”. It was not. It took 15 minutes for another employee to come to our window, understand the problem, and make us a new burger. Wth? The food was good, but her service was deplorable…and she is the manager?! I feel sorry for her team!

Have gone here at 10:30pm more than once and they have said that the kitchen is closed even though they close at midnight. Very dissatisfied :(

Place needs new management and better employees without lousy attitudes. Picking up orders for Uber eats and when asking them for a name on bag of food they quickly come out with a nasty attitude. "We don't give names". Really? Then how did you know what order we were picking up for numbnut if you don't give out names on food bag? Change your attitudes or find a new occupation.

Bought two sonic pulled pork cheese burgers. Horrible. They had no burger patty in the bun. The pulled pork was hard and the size of a tablespoon.And no cheese on a cheeseburger? I’ll never eat at sonic again. The girl that delivered got a tip not her fault.

Traveling through Flagstaff so I stopped at Sonic for a quick meal in the go.The tater tots were cold. Very odd.Ordered 3 kids meals. Only 1 kids meal had a toy in it. I had 2 out of 3 kids disappointed about not having a toy included. And most of us understand that everything has to be equal for siblings.

Food was alright. Wasn’t really the best burger but it was juicy. Fries were good too. I’ll recommend eating it in the drive thru because a 3 minute drive made the food cold.
I did not get my tater tots very up set am traveling through flagstaff

Cold old fries, dry no salt. Burger was luke warm, precooked. No washrooms at all for customers….Done deal. Never again.

Food is usually cold. Takes 15+ minutes for cold food to be brought out. Not an ideal staff. Illtempered highschool kids? IDK but management should change some things. I still like Sonic. Good drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Never noticed accessibility, but next time I'm looking forward to being let down- I'll let ya know

Last time I went to sonic I had a terrible experience and was now giving it a second chance. Let me tell you this place has not changed one bit while I was ordering the lady taking my order yelled at me. After she had asked me to speak up and I did. She then proceeded to yell. Sonic really needs to further look into who they're hiring so they don't hire women like that again.

The service at this location is terrible I pulled up ordered two hot dogs they told me it would be about 10 minutes I said that was fine I sat outside for 42 minutes and never received my food , I could see four people inside there was only four customers waiting outside people who pulled up after me got their food before me and the two managers were sitting at a table out front talking to an individual I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody the service is terrible and the staff clearly is more interested in playing grab but then taking care of customers
