Slow as molasses on preparing a very simple order. Claimed our credit card was rejected when their UI said differently and our bank did not reject it. And no pecans????

Every time I get food at Sonic on 4th street I regret it. The server NEVER has mustard or ketchup on them even when you ask for it during ordering. (Someone that worked there once told me they are told not to carry Ketchup and stuff because they think they’ll get better tips…. For not providing you what you ask for because they will have to go back inside…??) My tots were undercooked, barely a shade over white and all smooshed. (Seems that was on purpose.) And somehow, the corn dog is burned on the outside and a gooey mess on the inside?!?!! Thanks for nothing. At least Del Taco is open.

My significant other stopped by here about a week ago and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The food he ordered wasnt correct, it took an unexplainably long time to recieve the food, and the bag was missing the reciept...making it difficult to have the issue resolved.
We decided to call and try to talk with a manger. Eventually, we were told the next time we came by we wouldn't have to worry about paying for our meal....just mention to an employee and we would be taken care of.
Fast forward a couple days and we show up, did exactly as we were told, and an employee as company policy contacted her direct manager to obtain verbal approval in order to give us our food for free. The manager she talked to ended up giving us a hard time. This employee, her name is Alicia or alexia....I accidently lost the paper i wrote her name down on...but she was INCREDIBLY KIND and ended up paying for the mistake herself. She is a very professional and valuable employee!!! She was able to reverse our opinion about this sonic because of the intial terrible experience that then turned into an even more negative experience by taking the initiative to disagree with her manager and providing the compensation we deserved. THANKYOU ALEXIA OR ALECIA from sonic on 4th st YOU ROCK!!

They did not have whipped cream. Forgot cherry on the fudge sundae. The chocolate im the fudge sundae was just on the cup and felt like it was sitting there for a while.

I went to sonic today, feeling down and my car hop came to bring my stuff. Instantly she saw i was down and Immediately asked if I was okay. Even before handing me my food. She asked if I need anything personally & assured me I was going to be okay. She had no idea what was going on with me but took the time to make sure she asked if she could help and to reassure me if I need anything she’d be here the remainder of the night. Erin was her name. Erin’s actions mean more than words could ever describe especially in the world we live in today! Sonic make sure you keep a hold of her, she’s one in a million and I’ll be trying to recruit her to my company soon. ❤️

Under no circumstances should you order breakfast foods here. We got 3 breakfast burritos 2 Super sonics and 1 ultimate meat and cheese. Neither one had any meat and they were all tiny.. go to maverick instead
