The lady on the speaker said yea go ahead… I was confused that is not how sonic greets people. And I’m pretty sure it was the same lady who brought me my food her name tag at Lisa she could work on her customer service skills. The last few times we’ve been there the car hop was great, super friendly. The food was great this time. It was very disappointing.

Would give a 0 if I could. Plan on waiting 30 min for your order and for it all to come out cold and don't get the chicken strips they are smaller then a Dino nugget

This establishment needs to be reported for charging for a cup of water! In the State of Arizona you’re not suppose to charge for water. The employees here are slow and lazy. The manager needs to pick better employees with manners and work ethic. This one is worst than the Westside Sonic. I would go to the Westside for better service. Review from a person who use to work here in my teens.
