I had used my app to purchase an order that was just over $17. I had around $20 and some change. When the cashier scanned my app she said it didn’t go through the first time so I looked at my app and my funds were still there so she scanned it again and I steal of the $17 being pulled out, my whole $20 was taken out of my app and even then I was STILL told it didn’t go through. I explained that all my money was pulled out and she said it didn’t make any sense because my order was only $17 so it shouldn’t have pulled out the full amount I had. (That’s why I was saying something to begin with.) She called the manager over whose name was Bob and the situation was explained again and look I understand things happen, but what really bothered me was that Bob was gaslighting me telling me I didn’t have the funds and that I was confused. He must have told me around 4 times that I was confused and to check my history. I explained to him I added $20 to my account a couple weeks ago (on 9•11•2024) and haven’t used it so I know I had the money in my app. Mind you I originally added funds to my app that day because my son and I were going to go the the Route 66 location but when we drove there they were doing construction or something and it was closed down so my $20 was just sitting there untouched. Anyways, he said he would give me the Starbucks for “free”. It wasn’t free at all, I was actually overcharged about $3. I did call later and talked Bob once more and let him know I checked my history and I was in fact overcharged and didn’t receive anything for “free”. I also told him it wasn’t his fault and I know technical issues do happen and he did offer to have me come in the store and he’d make it right which was very kind and I did appreciate it! But honestly after being told continuously I was “confused” and basically being told I was wrong about the money I had I didn’t think driving all the way back across town was worth the couple dollars. Due to how it played out when I was at the actual drive thru I will no longer be going to that specific location

I felt they have limited menu compared to others
Stopped here in our travels. Food was great and drinks were perfect but facilities were horrendous.

Fiance and I normally enjoy having coffee here, but tonight was a different story, from the cashier not handling a long line professionally then later being rude about it. Here's the story: A woman well in front of us was taking ages to order, waiting for some man to get out of the bathroom before paying we're guessing. Instead of the cashier asking her to step aside while she waited to allow the forming line to have a fair chance to order, the red haired cashier working on 12/23 let this woman waste all of our time by stalling. By the time we reached the cashier of course it was time to close. Problem #2: instead of letting the line know she was closing up the store ahead of time she waited until we were ready to order... About 15 to 20 minutes since arriving... And she was unnecessarily rude about it. I've regularly worked much longer shifts than hers in fast food with a better attitude and customer service skills, there's no excuse for that sort of attitude she displayed tonight. We weren't the only ones upset by this, but we were the ones waiting the longest to leave without an order. There goes her extra tip I was planning to give her (before I realized she had zero customer service skills) for having to deal with the slow family before us. I'm considering not going to this location anymore on the days she's working there it was that bad of an experience
