Service was going well until it wasn’t. I placed an order for drinks and food and gave a tip. After paying, we sat down. We were then told the food we order was not in stock except for the drink and a cookie. The employee asked if we wanted to substitute. I asked what will be the price difference as I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying more than what I needed. First, it didn’t dawn on them that the food they had left over cost less. We took a refund for the food except the cookie. Second as we were getting a refund they sold the cookies to someone else and we had to settle for something else. Third, I asked for my tip back as now the service is horrible. They said NO, we can’t give you your tip back. This is not the first time we’re your employees sell customers your products just to be told it is not in stock and wasting time. Fix your check and processes/quality control. I still my want tip back.

But most of all, I left my wallet at the counter! Bob said he had it when I called after he asked my ID. Guess what, my cash was still there! Thank you whoever turned it in, for your honesty. It shall be rewarded back to you one day!

My drink at mobile pick up had kind of looked like someone had taken some sips out of it and the barista was so kind in remaking it no questions asked. Some of the nicest people at this Starbucks!

It's hard to get good people in the customer service side of business to make a customer feel welcome. I have visited many Starbucks throughout California, Texas, and Arizona I'm so happy to return when a good pick as been selected for the customer service role but on the flip I'm so disappointed when the person who as been selected to take my order treats less then human or just a number I experienced that at this store today. I'll probably not return to this location.

I'm not sure who my daughter spoke to on Friday June 28th, but she put in an application and called to check on it. She said the manager she spoke to was rude to her, impatient, and seemed like he wanted to rush her off the phone. Shes 16 and has been looking for a summer job and she's applied at this location waiting for a callback for almost a month and all she wanted was to check on her application.
