In Labor Day, My family vacation was terrible until I ordered 2 Matcha Latte iced here. They only gave me 1 Matcha. I showed them on the App that I ordered 2 Matcha. But they told me they didn't care, they only took 1 order so they only gave me 1 Matcha. They said: if I am not satisfied, I should contact customer service, they didn't want to talk to me anymore. I saw my niece holding her Matcha cup, she was about to cry. * I went back to the car and told my sister husband about what happened (he is white American). After he gone in the store , after only 2 minutes she agreed to make another Matcha cup. I felt really bad for the truth of any race they gave me because I am Asian. Our 4 kids were very sad for days because of that, they worried about that until today.

I said "Hello, Good Morning" cheerfully and the young woman (barista) stared blankly ahead as she was doing some kind of maintenance.. I looked towards her she did not acknowledge me even though I stood patiently for a reply. I decided to move on. She looked up as walked around the counter and still said nothing. Good thing there are other places to get a good coffee.

Good drinks and service but 2 stars because of the single use plastics which are totally unnecessary.
I ordered a sandwich from here and they took it out this lil freezer and popped it in a microwave and charged me 7 dollars for a worse then truck stop tasting sandwich smh
