I don’t usually review corporate chains because everyone kind of knows what they’re getting, but this Starbucks deserves it! Clean bathrooms, quiet and safe vibe (hard to find on road trips sometimes), and friendly staff! The barista who took my order was friendly and kind. I may be biased because her name was also Jorden (different spelling). Was only here for a short visit but enjoyed the service and safety!

As someone who works at Starbucks, I am extremely disappointed in this store. My drink was made incorrectly, had to go back in and got served with attitude by the baristas for their own mistake. Not to mention I didn’t know you could deny pup cups to customers, how hard is it to put whip cream in a cup? The service was awful and they weren’t even busy. Totally made the experience for my family & our pups just absolutely terrible! Never had an experience like this before. Happy to say the store I work for would NEVER have these low of standards for customer service. Next time I pass through flagstaff, I’ll take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. No one was there when I got a coffee. Guy at the drive thru window was very creepy. Gave me my coffee and it looked like someone spit in the bottom of the cup. Had them remake it and the barista inside just shakes her head and rolls her eyes. Second one wasn’t any better. Looked disgusting. I asked for a refund and got nothing but attitude from the manager or whoever came over to do it. They need new staff

This was a pit stop before we caught a plane back to Ohio. The server, and I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, asked if we we're coming or going. We said going back to Ohio and we we're sad. When we got our coffee, she had a message for us and I thought that was the greatest customer service!! Thank you for that because we still talk about today.
Mean server never smiled, made me wait when not busy, made me say grande when I asked for medium, didn’t call my name when they hid my drink so it got cool, just a generally lousy experience. Should check into the server.
