Starbucks has become too slow Despite having a lot of staff. I think the by system wide massive success over the last decades has bred a certain over confidence and complacency iin the overall experience. Beware Starbucks, of the massive success of Dutch Bro:s, albeit on a much smaller company scale.

Your typical starbucks, however I believe this is the only location in flaggstaff . A cute store with a drive thru. Open lobby with seats inside and outdoors. Baristas were friendly and working efficiently

Typical Starbucks for flavor, one of the larger stand-alone ones that I've been in. Very functional, a bit sterile IMO. I had the Hot chocolate, as I don't much like most of their coffees. It is a good place for an informal meeting.

I've been to the store a few times and the baristas are really sweet and welcoming, which is why I was SHOCKED at how unpleasant and rude the store manager was. Not only to me but to her own employees??? You'd think the person in charge would set the tone but honestly the team shows more professionalism and kindness... hopefully she was just having a bad day, otherwise they need better representation.

I really like this location. The men and women who work here are hard workers, the collaboration amongst each other is great. They seem to have a very good team vibe, where they can work and enjoy their time while on the clock. Makes me happy.

Today is August 28th it's a thursday. I ordered cake pops and a pink drink from them for delivery via Uber eats. It was my daughter's birthday so I called the store and asked them to write happy birthday on the bag. Both of the ladies that I talked to this morning were super nice and they wrote the birthday message for me I really appreciate it. Above and beyond. Thank you
