Our go-to Starbucks when we are in Flagstaff. The area also have a lottttt of seating space in case you are waiting for your friends while they are shopping 😁

I’m here on a busy Monday and Barista Cassidy is working here ALONE, holding it down all by herself and doing a bang-up job. She’s not flustered or stressed, she’s calm, pleasant, and polite to everyone. I just thought someone should know.

Its not a real starbucks, its in target. Im not pqyin $7 to sit in target or fries or safeway. Google needs to specify real starbux vs grocery stores. Part of starbucks experience is a nice store.

If I could give negative stars for a business, this business would win the most! I feel like Starbucks is sort of a co-op a family. You know there’s a clean bathroom and good water wherever you go well this Starbucks has decided there’s no such thing as family or unity doesn’t matter if you have the app doesn’t matter how much money you’ve spent with Starbucks you can’t have water not even if you tip the baristas you can’t have water unless you purchase something. The most absurd bizarre rule I have ever heard in my life. I’ve spent so much money at this Starbucks I will never give them a dime again. I’ll be so happy to go to another Starbucks and tip the barista for just some water. Now I know not to drop the tip money in the tip jar until they’ve given you what you’ve asked for that was my bad they didn’t deserve my tip.

My lavender cold foam was colorless and flavorless and my caramel machiato tasted like poorly made watered down chocolate milk. Staff was quiet and straight up ignored my mom who just had oral surgery when asked for a sippy lid instead of a straw lid. The girl with the pig tails gave me a look when I asked for straws to stir my drink because atleast their layers were good.

Could be a little more well-kept / cleaner. The service is just as what a normal person might expect from minimum wage workers. The food and drink are great, so they have that on lock.

this store goes through cycles possibly because of managers or staffing. the number of drink offerings really hurts speed of orders - this is a corporate thing not location specific.. last 6 months or so ordering from app is often slower than going in ordering at the register. if you order from the app a simple order might take 10 minutes or 25 from time of order when they are turning a brisk business. last time i was here i ran out of time after 20 minutes, tried to explain to barista, she wasnt understanding, just walked away so i left w/o my drink.also the seating is pretty bad and just no longer feels like a place i want to sit at any longer than time to get my drink.i used to go here daily when service was better

Food was good (egg white bites and toasted cheese sandwich for us), decaf good. Wait for decaf latte was way, way too long. Atmosphere was uninviting, too many people waiting for their orders, not enough employees, employee area chaotic, not enough seats. Could be managed better.
