The service is just pretty bad, not even the minimum effort for customer service. Not from everyone tho just the majority. Lately as well they have been skimping out on drink by not filling them up all the way. The drink itself is already $5-$7, why do they wanna not fill it all the way.

Genuinely the most understaffed starbucks I’ve ever been in. There is consistently a line of 20 people out the door and only 2 or 3 people working who are working at the speed they are able to. There needs to be one or two more people on the floor at all times. I only go here when I’m stuck on campus and cannot go to any of the local coffee shops around Flagstaff.

Starbucks is great, we go pretty regularly. But recently this location is failing to fill drinks clear to the lid like they used to, as well as often recently we get food that is not heated all the way through.

Employees rude , waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich that they forgot about. Employees often stand in the back and do nothing while 2 actually work making the process slow as hell.

I arrived 2-minutes after this location was supposed to be open, but it was closed. However, my pulling on the locked door seemed to remind the employees to open for the day. Once they noticed me standing outside, who I think was the manager came and unlocked the door, but didn’t open it for me and/or greet me. I approached the counter and waited for said manager to take my order, when she ask, “What do you want?” I ordered an iced coffee, as this employee reluctantly prepared my order. Once done, they placed it on the counter in front of me and began walking away. That’s when I replied, “Thank you, have a nice day.” With their back turned to me, they said, “You too.” I left feeling like a burden, and feeling sorry for everyone else that works there and with this person. It’s ok to have a bad day, but please do not project it towards others. I work feet away from this location, but would rather walk a mile to the next Starbucks for better, and more friendly experience.

The worst run Starbucks on earth. It took 10 minutes to get cold coffee. Nobody trains these kids.

We came here looking for a coffee here while we were returning from the grand canyon. It's on the college campus and the coffee was good.

It's your average Starbucks, only thing is it tends to be jam-packed with students. They get through the line pretty quick though, so props to them!

Doesn't take mobile app payments with visa scan, only gift cards, so you can't get rewards points. Service was a bit slow but they were busy
