Doesn't take mobile app payments with visa scan, only gift cards, so you can't get rewards points. Service was a bit slow but they were busy

i have never been to a place where the workers are so rude. i waited for 10 minutes at the counter and the second the worker got there i started saying my order and she essentially laughed in my face and interrupted me, goofing off with her coworker. once she decided to come back and take my order she said "is there anything i came help you with?" yes, i was telling you what i wanted and you ignored me. i was put off by her energy so i said my order very abruptly and left the counter as soon as i could. my friend ordered after me and said that while she was waiting to take her order she saw her whispering and looking at us. so rude and such bad service. i will not be coming back to this starbucks on a saturday morning, unless i want to be talked about and wait 30 minutes for a drink i didn't really want (they were out of sugar cookie and the milk i normally get) and a cookie that was still in the packaging.

Batista kept moving my cup to back of drink line despite me asking if she could try to rush my drink. Wasted $7 on coffee I couldn't even drink
I don't usually drink coffee so I can't say much about their drinks, but their pastries and desserts are good. Staff was always helpful, once it happened that they were out of something that I pre-ordered online so when I got there they offered to give me basically anything else instead of it. Place is pretty chill, I think it's a good spot to catch up with some work and grab some snacks, especially during the winter months when it's too cold to sit anywhere outside.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I was passing through town and had the most pleasant experience here. I was ready to throw in the towel on Starbucks, but this one has changed my mind. Normally I order coffee with cream and they barely put any cream in at all - it is nearly black every time. This Starbucks is different and made the me the most delicious amazing coffee of my life. These college kids know how to make a great cup of coffee 10/10 recommend.

This store is absolute garbage. My drink is always made wrong and my drink is not complicated. The baristas need trained. I'm not wasting my transfers anymore. If I could give a 0 I would.

I know there are all kinds of products stores can’t get right now. But can you tell me why this store is always out of products. Mocha, White mocha, caramel syrup, almond milk. Every week they are out of items. Why is it the other store on campus can get products but this store can’t? I’m finished going to this store. I will wait until my first class is over and go to Union Starbucks. Al least they have what I want.
