Ordered a warm coffee and got a hot 60degree Celsius steamer. Burnt my mouth and my hand. Looked up the temperatures they are allowed to serve at and a ‘kids warm’ temp of 54c is allowed. Ruined my one coffee I’m allowed a day.

Quick and lovely experience. The girls were so kind to my entire family. We felt bad for ordering such a large order for such a small store but they made it happen with smiles on their faces! Hailey and Emerson were so great and funny!
Like the rest say, if I could give 0 stars I would. Hailey was extremely rude to us. We were going to order a new drink since the milk looked rotten in the one she gave us. Went back to the line and were willing to pay for a different drink and she said “toss your drink in the trash instead of passing it around if you don’t like it.” First of all, if I want to order 10 drinks and make faces at 10 drinks that’s my business since I paid for it. Her comment and attitude was so rude and unnecessary since we were just trying to be good customers with no problems. 0/10 recommend

We stopped by this location mainly because it was the most convenient option along our route. Unfortunately, ordering ahead wasn’t available, and during our first visit, it was quite busy. The line moved reasonably fast, though it seemed the college crowd added to the wait time by socializing more than ordering. This is typical for the area, so we didn’t think much of it.
Our second visit, however, left us less than impressed. The barista was noticeably short with my wife when she ordered a basic Hot Caramel Macchiato. To make matters worse, it came out iced. We then had to wait an unusually long time for the corrected drink to be prepared, only for the staff to look unsure of how to make it in a Venti size. There were no cups available at one point, which just added to the overall confusion.
Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue here, but that doesn’t excuse the experience. Next time, we’ll make it a point to go out of our way to visit a different coffee shop instead.
