I was in town for the day and decided to stop by with my partner for a pot of tea. Unfortunately, the tea we were served was incredibly watered down, which was disappointing. We sat near the bar and could overhear the employees giggling and chatting about their previous night, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the lighting in the venue was harsh and uncomfortable (back area tables), and there was a noticeable strobe light effect due the fans which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Sadly, the entire experience fell short of expectations. Wouldn't recommend it.

Great vibe, enjoyable music. Brightside bookshop recommended it. Exactly what I was looking for. 🙏🏼💜🤗 highly recommend.

Walked by this café after dinner and it was 8pm. We checked online and saw that they didn't close until 9pm so we decided to walk in as we had a whole hour. There were several occupied tables and one of the workers already had her broom out and was cleaning out the pillows / cushions.
We walked in and the girl who took our order gave us the stankiest look ever. She didn't greet us and just glared at us as we looked over the menu, weirdo.
We decided on a slice of carrot cake and a pumpkin cha with oat milk to share and we decided to eat it there. She was unfriendly the entire interaction.
We sat down and by now they were both behind the counter making drinks / cleaning and it was probably around 8:15pm. I looked at the door and they now had a line out the door, lol. There was a group of girls that decided to sit where it had been cleaned already and I could hear the 2 workers talking about them.
Both the pumpkin chai and carrot cake were delicious! The café itself is very cute and cozy. They had cute items for sale and some unique looking birthday cards. There is also a bathroom and a bar type seating area.
*My poor review reflects the service the employee gave us and not that of the food / drink we bought, those were great.

Relaxing, quiet place with the best tea in town. I love that you can get real mugs and a teapot for the table. You can even borrow board games while you visit with friends. The workers are so sweet and make delicious specialty drinks each week!!

Super cozy tea house with a wonderful selection of delicious teas and pastries made in house. I went every day when I was visiting Flagstaff and loved this place. The staff was so nice and had great recommendations. My favorite tea was the goji melon blast (the only one I wouldn't recommend is the pumpkin chai).

Love the teas here. Very high quality teas and the matcha latte with strawberry purer was amazing! I love this place but it is hard to get seating since it gets crowded.
Cozy and welcoming. That is how I would describe Leaf Lounge. The tea is great and the staff is friendly. Perfect on a snowy day like today.

Gisteren maakten we een tussenstop in het stadje Flagstaff. Een heel leuke omgeving met knappe gebouwen, leuke shops, cafés en dito koffiebar. We namen een lekkere iced coffee (cold brew) en een lemon bar. Gezellige plaats om te zitten en even uit te rusten en te genieten van de omgeving. Leuk detail is de versiering op hun menu bord. Het meisje van de bediening was zeer behulpzaam en lief! ☕️❤️?
