Haven't had an order come correct
I love the tea here! And the little place you can buy tea is so cute ! Great zen !!!!!
Staff has been very courteous every time I have entered the establishment.
Also be noted that the server with the short black hair is the GOAT. I needed a safety pin to remove something stuck in a charging port on my headphone case and they came in super clutch with one, plus they make delicious tea.
10/10
Pretty sad when a person walks in on a hot day needing a cup of water and told no we don't give out free water but they have no problem giving free water to the homeless guy singing outside everyday free water? I can go to Starbucks and get all the free water I need and they never say NO.
Lovely tea shop to spend a few relaxed hours, play a game, maybe grab a panini or salad. Very welcoming and inclusive vibe.
Atmosphere taking a HUGE hit when this friendly man who absolutely sucks at guitar is right at the front door. He's driven me away more than a few times.
My fave tea place ever!
Great little spot
A lot of tea options.
I love this place! I go in twice a week and they are always so sweet and remember me every time.
I love their Masala chai and pastries! ☺️
Highly recommend this place.
Great pastries, great coffee.

A fun cozy shop where tea is not just an afterthought to coffee. We go every time we visit and it's always a treat.
I was in town for the day and decided to stop by with my partner for a pot of tea. Unfortunately, the tea we were served was incredibly watered down, which was disappointing. We sat near the bar and could overhear the employees giggling and chatting about their previous night, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the lighting in the venue was harsh and uncomfortable (back area tables), and there was a noticeable strobe light effect due the fans which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Sadly, the entire experience fell short of expectations. Wouldn't recommend it.
Loved the tea
Lovely place, amazing tea list, light pastries, amazing staff, clean, tables to sit, local artwork, tea, unique beautiful coffee cups, Bowls, plates, honey, and other tea supplies for purchase. Great vibe, enjoyable music. Brightside bookshop recommended it. Exactly what I was looking for. 🙏🏼💜🤗 highly recommend.
Walked by this café after dinner and it was 8pm. We checked online and saw that they didn't close until 9pm so we decided to walk in as we had a whole hour. There were several occupied tables and one of the workers already had her broom out and was cleaning out the pillows / cushions.
We walked in and the girl who took our order gave us the stankiest look ever. She didn't greet us and just glared at us as we looked over the menu, weirdo.
We decided on a slice of carrot cake and a pumpkin cha with oat milk to share and we decided to eat it there. She was unfriendly the entire interaction.
We sat down and by now they were both behind the counter making drinks / cleaning and it was probably around 8:15pm. I looked at the door and they now had a line out the door, lol. There was a group of girls that decided to sit where it had been cleaned already and I could hear the 2 workers talking about them.
Both the pumpkin chai and carrot cake were delicious! The café itself is very cute and cozy. They had cute items for sale and some unique looking birthday cards. There is also a bathroom and a bar type seating area.
*My poor review reflects the service the employee gave us and not that of the food / drink we bought, those were great.
