Tea is amazing! The ambience is incredible. Most of the workers are very kind and patient. But during a recent visit, one employee responded with some attitude when I misheard her. I’ve been coming here since high school and that interaction was a bit jarring. I hope her day gets better!

Friendly and welcoming customer service. There are plenty of tables inside to relax and enjoy your tea, and they do have a dog-friendly outdoor table though I only noticed one. I tried the rose tea, which was pleasant but nothing exceptional. One thing to keep in mind: parking in this area can be tricky, so plan ahead.

I don’t usually write reviews but I love this place! Tea was great with lots of interesting flavors and choices (I was there for a while and got two different and very yummy matchas), atmosphere was great, and the people were awesome. I loved my little table by the window. I wish I could recreate it at home. I highly recommend.

A Flagstaff visit is never complete without a morning start at Steep! I love their coffee just as much as all their teas, the staff are always so kind and baristas always knock it out the park. The Matcha Strawberry is my favorite!
I never review anything on Google but I’m breaking my streak because I love this place that much. Delicious teas with interesting flavors, and cute low tables in the window looking out at the sidewalk. I think I could go here 50 days in a row and get something new and delicious to drink each time! Loved the orange cream rooibos tea as a latte, especially :)

We only got to try a few drinks, and they were good enough for the area. The seating by the window was very nice. There was nothing else that really stood out to me here.. .

Also be noted that the server with the short black hair is the GOAT. I needed a safety pin to remove something stuck in a charging port on my headphone case and they came in super clutch with one, plus they make delicious tea.
