Very disappointing experience. The food wasn't well prepared, it was a mess. He wiped the knife clean across the top of my sandwich and it made it super soggy. He wasn't personable at all.

Great subway experience. Very fresh bread and friendly service. Irwin made our sandwiches perfect.
We used the app for the first time. Two young boys were working, seemed to be a Hispanic boy and a white boy. Both were not friendly at all. We didn't know how to order and edit the sandwich preferences. Once the sandwich was out of the oven the white boy took over for veggies and condiments. Rude, rude, rude to say the least, barley spoke in an inaudible voice. I ended up just settling for what I could get on my sandwich. My poor wife asked for a lot of salt and pepper, usually at subway you just get a tiny shake, but this guy dumped so much salt, by the time we realized what he was doing it was too late. I don't generally give poor reviews, yet this was so bad. The Caucasian/white boys needs to be fired and given a job where someone will straighten him out. 10 thumbs down for this review, will never go back and strongly suggest no one go there. This was the subway on east 89a heading out of Flagstaff.
