Would give zero stars if I could. I normally love subway, and it's one of my comfort foods. I've had a horrible day, feeling sick and all I want is my sandwich. I asked for chicken, bacon, lettuce and extra vinegar and oil, pepper jack cheese and toasted. My sandwich wasn't toasted and neither was my partner's, it didn't have lettuce. In fact it had spinach, banana peppers, no cheese, and wasn't toasted. Not only that but the stores phone goes to busy and I can't even get ahold of them to get a refund. I will be emailing corporate because I deserve a full refund and this is absolutely ridiculous.

I am astonished from how poorly I was treated today at the subway I come in all the time I work for subway matter of fact, and there shouldn’t be any reason to wake up in the morning with an attitude. This is an easy job and all you have to do is deal with clientele if you can’t do that then this job is not right for you “ Ari” is what she told me. Her name was was the rudest subway employee I have ever met. Treated my boyfriend poorly when I send him in to go grab me a sandwich while I’m at work and when I call the store to talk to the manager, already answers with an attitude tells me I can call back later since her GM was not in if you guys need more workers there are plenty of more people who will definitely bring you more clientele with a positive attitude and if you think about going here go to the subway on Butler, their staff and food is the best ever !!!
Great service and great sub sandwiches
I don’t do this often, but I was asked so here we go. My wife and I had a great experience at this location yesterday. Store was very clean, veggies looked great, bread was actually edible, and Kevin had great customer skills. We had an awful experience up in Chino Valley last week and it was refreshing to see a store in better standing. Found it a bit odd to have a chaperone to get into the bathroom, but overall a great time.

The new Hot Honey Chicken is garbage.
Worst Service in Flagstaff wouldn’t recommend this subway I’d suggest going to any other Subway. Guy up front with the mustache is rude we were waiting for minutes to get attended while he was hanging out in the back and customer service is terrible.

Ordered online from the store, so upon entry Alex was mopping the floor, he made a face, I said hi and got no reply. I went up to the sandwich station to make sure he didn't over do it w the mayo which I requested light online, even after I reminded him of the light mayo he ignored my request and put regular amount of mayo i had not noticed the sandwiches were cold, cold sub, cold chicken I requested toasted, i was confused and didn't believe and thought maybe it was just me...
nope he straight up gave me cold cut sandwiches w regular mayo the imbecile 🙃 I'm so glad I'm not a local customer because he was just unpleasant. Now Alex if you dislike your job that much just quit dude. We are paying customers who also just wanna go home after a days work and wanna grab a quick bite, good thing im visiting, but I won't forget that from Flagstaff, Az. Customer service is everything dude. You need this job more than I need that sandwich, I'm JS.. Alex you ruined my visit 10/10..

Walked in to order food I paid for my meal first wich came out to about $37 .
I needed to use the restroom after payment was made but the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and didn't allow me to use the bathroom until I was ready to leave .

I've eaten at this location numerous times as I work nearby. Today I only needed to use the restroom. The kid behind the counter said it was only for customers. Then asked if I'd like to order something. I would have after the fact. I explained to him that I have been a long-term customer but no more. He gave me a business card. I called the manager named Devon Pogue. He not only was unapologetically unhelpful but refused to give any information about a district manager or owner. Lost a customer. Apparently multiple stores are owned by the same franchise.
The bathrooms are locked. ONLY the staff can unlock them. If the staff is busy making sandwiches, you wait.
I order a 12" cut in half and wrapped separately. I got charged for 2 x 6"s, $4+ extra because "that's the policy ". I asked for the manager and he corrected it.
