Ordered online from the store, so upon entry Alex was mopping the floor, he made a face, I said hi and got no reply. I went up to the sandwich station to make sure he didn't over do it w the mayo which I requested light online, even after I reminded him of the light mayo he ignored my request and put regular amount of mayo i had not noticed the sandwiches were cold, cold sub, cold chicken I requested toasted, i was confused and didn't believe and thought maybe it was just me...
nope he straight up gave me cold cut sandwiches w regular mayo the imbecile 🙃 I'm so glad I'm not a local customer because he was just unpleasant. Now Alex if you dislike your job that much just quit dude. We are paying customers who also just wanna go home after a days work and wanna grab a quick bite, good thing im visiting, but I won't forget that from Flagstaff, Az. Customer service is everything dude. You need this job more than I need that sandwich, I'm JS.. Alex you ruined my visit 10/10..

Walked in to order food I paid for my meal first wich came out to about $37 .
I needed to use the restroom after payment was made but the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and didn't allow me to use the bathroom until I was ready to leave .

I've eaten at this location numerous times as I work nearby. Today I only needed to use the restroom. The kid behind the counter said it was only for customers. Then asked if I'd like to order something. I would have after the fact. I explained to him that I have been a long-term customer but no more. He gave me a business card. I called the manager named Devon Pogue. He not only was unapologetically unhelpful but refused to give any information about a district manager or owner. Lost a customer. Apparently multiple stores are owned by the same franchise.

The bathrooms are locked. ONLY the staff can unlock them. If the staff is busy making sandwiches, you wait.
I order a 12" cut in half and wrapped separately. I got charged for 2 x 6"s, $4+ extra because "that's the policy ". I asked for the manager and he corrected it.

Please don’t go at this location ever if you need basic customer service!! We ordered 8 footlong sandwiches but the assistant manager Tony was so rude, impatient and rushed us as if we were begging for our food without paying money!! Anything we asked, the answer was NO! Please take your business to other locations who values their customers and business.

Unfortunately the sandwich was about half the size of the footling I got a few months ago from this same location. The length may have been the same, but it was way skinnier and not as tall. I am hoping this was a one time mistake and the sandwiches are not normally this small. If Subway is starting to make shrinkflation a habit, I will no longer be a customer. Also, my BLT had one thin piece of bacon per sandwich half, the toppings were very skimpy and the bread was stale on the ends but not toasted as it should have been. They did get a good ratio of aioli to toppings, so there is that.

My recent Subway experience was a win all around. The restaurant was spotless, with tables and counters wiped down consistently. The staff was friendly and attentive, patiently helping me choose the perfect ingredients for my sandwich. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted. Overall, a great Subway visit!

Very rude and condescending staff. You could feel the hostility and contempt as soon as you enter. Any questions relating to the food being served are rudely directed to the menu. I thought this was just towards us but reading the reviews it seems like it habitual at this place. The staff do not want to be there and take it out on the customers.
