Even the University Help staff, around the corner, said the dinning room is disgusting.
The 5-6 'standing around' staff were "too busy" (NOT, no line) and cleaning the dining room was "not their job".
Later, when they had a customer, 2 were standing around waiting for the customer to come to their station. 2 more didn't even have a station. They just milled around in the background or near the cash register. "We're too busy".
One did offer a damp cloth to us for DIY cleaning. We took the offer and cleaned our table.
After about 5 minutes the 'cleaning person' showed up with his cart but did not clean. "I wait until closing to clean." Why? "Because the vacuum cleaner is noisy". "What about a broom?" "No. I use a vacuum cleaner at closing".
Parking: Parking is full sometimes and empty others. Pay per plate Kiosk is difficult to use. Those with Permits are allowed.

To the tall male shift lead working on the night shift on 9/25: just because you make an extra dollar/hour doesn't make you a sandwich genius nor does it give you the right to mistreat or talk down to the workers you are training.I felt uncomfortable ordering anything off of the menu because the (clearly new) worker that was serving me would be condescended to anytime they asked their shift lead a question or did anything slightly incorrectly. I genuinely hope that the owner/managers will talk to their shift leads and make sure that they are at least somewhat constructive.2 stars tho bc the sandwich that the employee made was so scrumptious my knees were trembling

I had one of if not the hungriest days of my life after running around all morning long. Panting, sweating, and all around parched I decided a 12 inch foot long on flatbread with Turkey would do the trick. At last, I finally get in line. No big deal right? WRONG. It took 6 people ahead of me 47 minutes and 18 seconds just for me to be ready to place my order. With 3 people working. STUNNED. Sandwich was good though 8/10(for subway). I refilled my drink oh well…try and stop me now Pepsi with the vanilla syrup is pretty good

Way more expensive than a regular Subway. This should be less expensive since you are on campus. Large drinks are actually a small.
I got a tapeworm from eating the ham here lol wish i was joking, do not eat here. in fact, don’t eat on a lot of NAU’s on campus places as they’re really not that sanitary and all year I got sick whenever I would eat on campus.

Food is good. But very rude employees. I just asked for mustard/pickles on a turkey lettuce & tomato sandwich. Apparently my order was gross as the girl working said. She even called over another female employee to look at my "disgusting" sandwich. They had a conversation about how much they hated mustard as I stood there ready to pay and wanting to leave.They also dont accept coupons, which was disappointing but fine. No big deal - just wish they had a sign out that let customers know.
