The younger team members treated me like garbage and didnt want to really serve me. But the manager lady was super sweet jumped right in and got it done. I could tell the younger girls were busy but they didnt communicate that to me as i waited.

Okay listen, I love this Subway but they have a massive issue. 6 or 7 times out of 10 when I order there, they're out of chocolate chip cookies (which I always order). Now I've worked in the restaurant business since I was 16. I understand things. However, correct me if I'm wrong. Can't you just make more???? Like is the dough just out? If so, tell me that. Don't leave me in the dark. If you just forgot to put some in the oven, I'm not gonna lie that's kinda crazy cause it's the only cookie people want but at least be honest or give me an eta or something. I don't know I'm just sad and wish I had my cookies, please make them more often.

Just went to the subway at this time, which was charged twice when I was only supposed to be charged once I told the cashier lady and she argue with me and told me that it didn’t go through.because I’m black. I kept telling her I saw a green check on the screen and she kept arguing with me. Here is my transaction right here. You can see on my card that they took two transactions when they were supposed to do one.

Absolutely awful. My brother and I ordered separately off the app and their machine only processed my order. Upon asking where his sub was, the employees told me that their machine was acting up and that his order didn't come through. I had the receipt and they told me they "didn't want to get into trouble" with management. I asked to speak to a manager, and they "didn't have one they could contact". How can you get in trouble for making a sandwich that was ordered and paid for when there is no higher up? Not to mention, two of the employees were snickering during the conversation, which leads me to believe that they had canceled my brother's order. Disgusting behavior with an upset customer and unsatisfactory customer service. We will no longer be supporting this location.

Service sucked!!!The girl with facial piercings all over her face with to much make up is terrible. Gave terrible service and than tried to put 2 bowls of soup in a bag with lid not even on. I asked for a piece of bread and she told me NO!!! Are you serious. I will let everyone know to not support this person's subway. This place is disgusting. And I'm supposed to be happy getting something the way you want to give it. NOPE!!! So I worked for subway for 20 plus years and called to inform them how terrible this place is. How bad of service. And these girls only care about finding men. I heard her comments. And that's fine. She won't amount to anything in life looking that way acting that way treating people that way. These girls are terrible. This owner should be ashamed of themselves. Bad service. Bad food. Bad everything.
