This meal was almost inedible. We got take away from here for the first time after it was recommended by a friend. We split the Pad Se Ew and Veggie Rolls.
The rolls were the worst I have ever had. It was mostly iceberg lettuce. I only took two bites. Even the sauce couldn’t make up for how bland it was.
The Pad Se Ew on the other hand, was way over spiced. We order a level 2 because my spices tolerance is not great. I am used to ordering 2 at other restaurants and thought I knew what I was getting into. I couldn’t taste hardly anything over the red chili flakes. Pad Se Ew is my go to order. I love wide rice noodles and sauce but despite ordering only 10 minutes after they opened, the noodles were dry like they had been sitting out- like parts were dry and crunchy. It was also dry as in under sauced. My husband felt the noodles were over cooked and the broccoli was undercooked.
If we had been eating in person, I would have sent everything back. And I am not the kind of person who sends a dish back. I’m from the famously non confrontational Midwest, but this meal was some of the worst food I’ve ever ordered. I suffered through the spice of the pad se ew and my veggie roll is going into the trash :(

This place is incredible - everything we’ve tried on the menu is 11 out of 10. We schedule our road trips around making sure we can stop by here every time we pass through Flagstaff. Get the green curry, pad thai, papaya salad, and mango sticky rice! You will not be disappointed.

As a local, this is my favorite Thai restaurant in Flagstaff.
The food is excellent, the owners are very nice - some of the other Thai restaurants in Flagstaff have a reputation for truly awful owners.
It's the most comfortable Thai restaurant in Flagstaff - some of the others can be absolutely freezing.
I have a few requests and suggestions:
First that the large soups are served in pre-heated solid cast iron or stone bowls, even with the sterno the current large soups get lukewarm too quickly.
Next is that they move to tableside ordering and payment. It would be so much quicker, they could turn twice as many tables per hour, it would reduce their labor costs significantly, and their reputation would be based on food and ambiance. This would have a significant impact on reducing costs and increasing profits for the owners while also reducing costs for customers by quite a bit. This would translate into many people eating there much more often which would be awesome. Also the owners wouldn't have to work as hard as there would be one less thing to manage - servers - something that requires a lot of time and energy and money. This is the way most restaurants will be going, and very soon. If they don't do this they'll fall behind those that do.

the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. however, i think it is very difficult to mess up thai flavors, and unfortunately, the food didn't taste like thai food at all. i am sad to say that this is the worst thai food my family has ever had, which i truly do hate to say, but i wouldn't want to be led astray by the reviews like we were.
