Tried to pick up DoorDash order, they said it was already picked up, and wouldn’t even rering it so I could pay with a DoorDash card. Asked to talk to a manager and he walked up and said “no we can’t do that” without even talking to me. Will be filing a complaint with district manager. Completely incompetent behavior.

Undercooked rice, too hard to eat. Won't offer refund unless I return to store at a specific time. But it was a drive thru order, how am I supposed to know it's bad until I get home to eat? Then I'm supposed to drive back for their mistake? Just cook the rice correctly.
Not the first time I got it like this, just the first time I tried to get refunded.

Soda machine was broken during our visit, if you know that, get couple of case of cans, keep it in the walk in. Just saying....
Half my order wasn’t made correctly and my cheeseburgers looked like they had literally just been thrown together 😪 they weren’t even that busy

This Taco Bell is awesome! We eat at a lot of Taco Bell's, and this one was exceptional. I had a question about my burrito and instead of being upset (like at some places), they made me a new one. Lyle at the counter was polite, courteous, friendly and very helpful. He made our time there enjoyable! We've been looking up restaurants lately and Taco Bell is the healthiest fast food you can eat! No artificial dyes, no MSG, and high protein at a great price! Keep making great food and treating your customers well, and this location will continue to make people happy!!! Thanks from Texas!
