Every Taco Bell I go to has slower service than most fast food but thats how you know its fresh

This used to be my favorite store in Northern Arizona. The management team went from friendly and efficient (a bit over a year ago) to an unpleasant experience with a more robotic like experience while watching a very inefficient pit of nihilism. I hope the manager turns his attitude around so the store follows this more positive direction.

Eliza /Aliza(I hope I spelled it right) was a great in terms of double checking my name pronunciation and just overall being a great human today. She made my quick interaction feel fun and peaceful. 10/10

It is currently 4:39 PM I donât know the staff you have on but they are amazing. I ordered my food and it was a less than 15 seconds for me to get my food guys are always pleasant. Itâs a group of guys younger maybe NAU kids and theyâre amazing

Tried to pick up DoorDash order, they said it was already picked up, and wouldnât even rering it so I could pay with a DoorDash card. Asked to talk to a manager and he walked up and said âno we canât do thatâ without even talking to me. Will be filing a complaint with district manager. Completely incompetent behavior.

Undercooked rice, too hard to eat. Won't offer refund unless I return to store at a specific time. But it was a drive thru order, how am I supposed to know it's bad until I get home to eat? Then I'm supposed to drive back for their mistake? Just cook the rice correctly.
Not the first time I got it like this, just the first time I tried to get refunded.
Great little fast food restaurant . They always get my order right . The food is nice and hot . Thank you for the smiles and being nice .
