I grew up with a Taco Bell adjacent from one of my high Schools, I guess there's a bit of nostalgia to my choosing taco bell. But also there's Baja blast and nacho bell grandes,Heyyyyyyy.

Went through the drive thru where someone asked if I was “signing in using the app” then after that asked “what I wanted to order”. I wasn’t aware they weren’t open but instead of telling me so I could leave they wasted my time and ignored me for 6 min. I didn’t know they weren’t open but assumed because someone talked to me and it said 7 am online. When I called they lied to my face and gave me a BS excuse on how nobody’s in drive through yet. THEN WHO WAS I TALKING TO. With a couple more clowns like these guy they could be running a circus in no time.

Clean, quick, friendly! Its TacoBell, you know what to expect you just hope its also clean quick and friendly which these guys rocked. Pretty lady brought me my food while others cooked and cleaned the lobby. Williams Taco Bell is none of those things and I had to give thanks to these Butler employees for such a nice establishment

The food is premade! That sounds crazy for a fast food place, but it is. I ordered a Chalupa combo and watched as the food preparer grabbed premade Chalupa’s that were stacked up and put them on a plate and hand it to me with a soda cup.

I never expect too much from fast food places but this Taco Bell always nails my order even with a bunch of customizations, they’re always nice to my girlfriend and I, and they don’t seem like they don’t like being there as is the case with some other fast food restaurants.
