I go to this taco bell quite a bit through the drive thru and this was the first time I went inside and the older male upfront was very rude. I had asked him to see if there was a way to add a side flatbread and nacho cheese on the kiosk he said no. I had asked if he could on the main pos and he refused and was very rude and off putting. I've worked for tacobell for 4 years and I know what I was asking could be done. The older male claimed that because the store was a "5 star status" it would be "breaking the rules" not happy I will never come back to this store again. Do better if I could give zero stars I would.

The stars are based on what it is, Taco Bell... Friendly and informative staff, food was warm and as yummy as TB can be. I was offered a water cup since I didn't order a drink.
Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, very affordable option while traveling.

Who doesn't love some Taco Bell ? Comfort food, yes. Diet friendly, not so much. Consistent quality, dining area spotless as are the rest rooms, ADA compliant, great parking lot AND of course, the customer service shines across the board. I know it's a franchise chain, but, sometimes there are some that shine brighter than others, this is one that has happy well groomed laughing employees and a good morale from where i was within earshot. Bravo.
Made an order the guy who helpe automatically says I can't take that we don't have enough my order was 32.00 I'm using a 59 so I buy kids food worth 5 dollars. Made another order which was my order 10.00 order. I said it's past the middle of the day you should have enough the guy said I guess I could help you when. He had change all along awful. No smile everyone looks at you as if you shouldn't have walked in absolutely awful experiences mediocre
