Recently went to Taco Bell in Flagstaff, Butler Ave. Not only was the food great this time but was a good portion! The young lady working drive thru on Saturday May 10th about 11pm was sweet and professional. Didn't go to this one for a long time but now we will.

Ok food no Dr Pepper which is sad but you have to try the crunch wrap supreme is the best also try the avocado Verde salsa packets so good.

One of the very few taco bells I've been to that actually puts the proper amount of hot sauce in the bag as well as a fork for the potatoes! I know that's not asking alot, but it makes a nice difference when things are correct!

I go to this taco bell quite a bit through the drive thru and this was the first time I went inside and the older male upfront was very rude. I had asked him to see if there was a way to add a side flatbread and nacho cheese on the kiosk he said no. I had asked if he could on the main pos and he refused and was very rude and off putting. I've worked for tacobell for 4 years and I know what I was asking could be done. The older male claimed that because the store was a "5 star status" it would be "breaking the rules" not happy I will never come back to this store again. Do better if I could give zero stars I would.
