Every food item ordered was very old, tasteless, burrito supreme was a switched value menu burrito and the help was surly, non communicative, and should not be in any form of customer service job whatsoever. Typical Flagstaff service. Do NOT waste your time or money. A gas station hot dog would taste better than this dogfood.

Can’t get orders right after having to repeat it twice. Verify it on the screen and read back to us once. We spent $30 for two people to eat. The tortillas and shells were hard and this is garbage.

What's up with Taco Bell? I went in today after 8 hours of doing labor work, and got the Discovery Luxe Box. Both Cantina Chicken Cheesy Street Chalupas had very little meat, and some sour cream. Even the Chessy Bean and Rice Burrito was lacking (but not as bad).
I showed a worker the Chalupas and was told that is how they are. However the photos, and food review videos on Social Media say otherwise. They were good, but will most likely never eat at this location again.
Will order the same think at the location on Milton eventually, and see if my experience is better. If not, may just stop going to Taco Bell here forever as I won't trust them anymore.

I ordered 2 large baha blast they charged me more for paying in cash and then sent me on my way with 2 small ones so I paid twice as much and got less than what I was supposed to originally getthis just happened
The employees were friendly and would check up on everyone eating and ordering. The place was clean. Good Service

They screwed up my order once again after $28.00. The kid working the drive thru was such in a hurry, so it no wonder they got it all wrong!! Not happy!!

Terrible service. Was told the order was being made, and then watched then make 4 drive thru orders and a lady came inside and placed an order behind me. I don't understand why they lied to me.
