Worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. Out of rice, mixed vegetables, broccoli. Then they brought the wrong entrée. Condiments on the table where dirty. Wait staff seemed embarrassed about it. I don't blame them!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff who really take care of you—we even got extra rolls right after finishing the first basket. The portions are big and the rolls are honestly amazing, even if you know they’re not exactly the healthiest thing. You can still tell it’s basically fast food, but it’s the kind that actually tastes good and doesn’t leave you feeling terrible after—solid 4/5.

My husband and I recently had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, and I felt like I needed to share this because first impressions really do matter. I didn’t catch the hostess’s name, but she had long dark reddish hair and was wearing a dark gray hat. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile. She wasn’t overly rehearsed or robotic she was just naturally friendly and kind. As she walked us back to our table, she made light conversation and had this upbeat, positive energy that honestly lifted my mood after a long day. I’ve been coming the Flagstaff location for years, and I’ll be honest I’ve had a few experiences at the host stand that felt rushed or a little dismissive. Nothing terrible, but enough to make you feel like you’re just the next number in line. That’s why this stood out so much to me. She made us feel welcome, not processed. At this stage in life, you really appreciate good customer service because it’s becoming harder to find. Personalities like hers make a difference. She set the tone for our entire evening, and it started our experience off on such a positive note. I truly hope we see her again the next time we come in. If you have more team members like her greeting guests, it makes people like me want to keep coming back.
