I've yet to have a bad experience here. The food is always excellent, service and atmosphere are warm and inviting. And it's redundant to say, but the rolls are always phenomenal. All in all, just a really nice and fun dining experience.

So we waited over an hour to get in. Obviously, that's normal it was Valentines Day! But then we waited an hour for our food also and when it came out our steaks were way over cooked and when we asked for stuff we were told well we probably don't have it because we are closing which is why when we got there and they told us how long the wait would be I asked that is like an hour before closing will there be any issues and she said no the finish all the tables they have. I can say our appetizers were great, no issues, but what we went there for were steaks. The manager was great, and that's why I gave so many stars for service. Our waitress was so sweet, and I felt so bad she had to keep apologizing. We will go back but probably not on a holiday or later than 7 pm.

Our server was super cool and friendly. The food is always consistent and delicious, definitely steaks we get hungry for! We went during early dining which is a great way to beat a crowd.

The music is so loud it makes it a very unpleasant experience. Today was the 3rd time we've come the music was so loud it hurt our ears, we left before even sitting down and won't come back. We go out to eat to enjoy the company and visit, this is not posible with this loud obnoxious music. I guess they think they are a bar.

We stayed overnight in Flagstaff at the Best Western and wanted a restaurant close to the hotel. Our front desk receptionist mentioned Texas Roadhouse. Steak sounded good to us, so we drove the short drive to the restaurant. When we entered, we found the place to be busy and lively. We were taken to a booth. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked on us often. It didn’t take long to get our order in or to get our food. I would have given the restaurant a five-start rating, but we ordered medium-well steak and our steak was well done and a bit dry. The corn and green beans I was served were delicious. My husband enjoyed his salad and sweet potato. We were offered a bag of peanuts, which we elected to take along with us. It was a lot of food and we were full!
