I got a free meal for Veteran'sDay- cheeseburger with steak fries and a sweet tea. My wife ordered a 12 in ribeye with mash potatoes and mixed vegetables. The lunch was fantastic! My wife was only able to eat half of her steak, so the following morning, I made us scrambled steak and eggs for breakfast.

For some reason, eating at TR for almost 20 years, they don’t have bread for our order. Also no discount for not having bread. Also also, no steak bites for some reason. Seems really weird. Mad.
Alright. They came out with bread. And they totally redeemed themselves.

I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted by what I witnessed at this Texas Roadhouse in Flagstaff. I watched a Native family — who had a disabled family member with them — get told they had to wait outside in the rain, while the rest of us were allowed to wait inside without question. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of discriminatory treatment in 2025.
The staff showed zero empathy, and the manager, Hannah, even defended the employee, Jaiden, instead of addressing the obvious problem. It was blatant, it was wrong, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable to see people treated so unfairly.
Everyone deserves equal respect and hospitality, and this location failed miserably. I will never return, and I truly hope corporate steps in because this behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Great service they had to cook it longer the waiter was good food was good My steak was overcooked My son's steak was overcooked they took it back got a prime rib instead of his his rib eye ... Then when he finally when you finally got it was rear .. any ordered a medium... They can do better cooking in the steak

We went in a saturday night and its was really crowed. But the food, the Service and the drinks worth it.
Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Wife and I split the sirloin and BBQ chicken as well buffalo wings. The steak and chicken were good perfect. Our server was excellent. Love this place. Of course the hot rolls and butter were awesome.

I was in Texas Roadhouse tonight 11/14/25 and had the worst service ever I ordered a bone in ribeye with mashed potatoes brown gravy and green beans my friend ordered a 16 ounce sirloin with baked potato then I said I needed a order to go when we are halfway done eating dinner I ordered full slab of ribs with fries and brown gravy and chilli while waiting a sever bring out a cup of chilli and I said not ours then someone brings out 1/2 slab of ribs with fries and brown gravy I In turn said that I had ordered a full slab with fries and Brown gravy with chilli to go and was still waiting for our two dinners in all the confusion I didn’t get bread with my Togo order after paying $112.44 not happy

Awesome place to eat. But can't go back. Music is to loud. And everyone has to talk louder then the music. Can't enjoy a nice relaxed dinner with the music so loud. And as we exited other customers were voicing there dislike in the loudness. Tone it down.

Terrible experience at this roadhouse.
I got served a COLD steak, COLD plate. No refills because there was only 1 waitress working while the other employees stood around.
The floors were dirty. I returned the food I ordered after waiting almost 40 minutes.
Never eating here again. This is such a far departure from what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse.
