I am absolutely disgusted by the way my group of 10 friends and I were treated at your establishment. From the moment we walked in, the lady at the counter was unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable.
One of my friends needed to dispose of chewing gum and discreetly spit it into a dustbin. This same unfriendly employee then proceeded to falsely accuse him of spitting on the floor and loudly reprimanded our entire group. Despite my apologies, the situation escalated to the point where I was refused re-entry after stepping outside to make a phone call, under the continued false pretense of spitting on the floor.
When I spoke to the staff, it became clear that they were punishing the entire group for the alleged actions of one, which, as I explained, never even happened! This is unacceptable and frankly, discriminatory.
We have visited countless establishments and have never encountered such appalling treatment. It's hard not to feel that our skin color or nationality played a role in the way we were unfairly targeted and harassed.
Let me be clear: before making accusations and humiliating customers, ensure you have the facts straight. Don't harass innocent people, and most importantly, don't ever treat anyone this way again.

Just adding a comment as requested. Service was slow when it wasn't busy. Drinks were decent, but when it's not busy, why do you have to go get your own drinks at the bar after ordering them at the table. I'm fine if that's how it always works and is explained.

What a joke of a place. Terrible place. We had lunch here and no issues. We decided to come back do karaoke and got told we would not be served because my wife tripped over a curb a block away. This by some tiny wanna be bouncer. If we had been actually drinking it would be a different story, but for them to assume that was enough for me to walk away. Don’t go here. They’re full of unnecessary angst.

Terri saved our lives tonight - we waited for the trains twice before crossing ?↕️ seriously though the owners of this establishment are so charismatic, hard working, and attentive! This was our first visit at this establishment and we were blown away by the service. Will definitely return if I’m ever in flagstaff again

Might be okay for sports but sure the heck ain't for karaoke. If you're into lipsyncing it's your spot. Apparently the karaoke there is so bad the DJ plays lead track because he can't find anybody that sings well. Next.

I want to let you know that your employees are NOT diversity, and inclusive towards ANYONE who is of darker skin tone than White. It is a shame that you are located in an area that is located on Native American predominante land. I know that your workers are NOT respecting towards ANYONE who is darker than your own skin tone. It's prejudice behavior and I know (now) that your business DOES NOT want to serve anyone but WHITE skin tone people.
If you do not want to be considered NOT DISCRIMINATE/RACIST than you will not tolerate this behavior as a business owner and will contact me for futher questions as to my situation I experienced at your establishment.
