The restaurant part of this establishment that we've been going to for cocktails for years has really upped their game! My plate had (the brisket blue cheese burger) was awesome, I feel bad I ate the entire thing!! So good! And our server, who we've seen at the bar mostly was delightful and attentive as always!

The burgers here are delicious! The secret sauce was a delightful surprise, not the typical burger secret sauce. Surprising selection of crafted cocktails with unique ingredients. Was a great time and they accommodated our table if 12 with seeming ease. It was a great dinner experience. Our server was very nice.

I had a miscommunication with the staff on New year's eve which left me a bit disappointed, but the owner has gone above and beyond to make it up to me. The food and staff are always great here and we love the atmosphere. Thanks for making it right.

Food is sub par! The menu sounds great, but when food came in, not great!. I ordered the fish tacos and the fish was the size of my pinky and the "avocado tomotillo salsa" was so sour, I had to add my daughters ranch to it to give it some flavor. My husband's burger tasted like a frozen sams club patty that was so dried out like a hockey puck!!. The service was great, the ambience was great, the food was not!!! We live in Flagstaff and there is definitely a reason why we don't frequent this place. Service great, food not so great! 2 stars for the service and the Old fashioned my husband ordered!

I stop in almost every week for one of my favorite burgers and definitely one of the best teams in Flagstaff. The staff are all exceptional; very kind, attentive, and reliable. I can always trust them for a good recommendation when I'm not quite sure what I'm in the mood for... but I also always go in ready for one of my favorites from the menu. I've never had a dish fall short of my expectations, with food brought out quickly and perfectly cooked to order. I've got no complaints, this is absolutely one of my favorite dining spots in town!

Decent food and drink, nice atmosphere but they don’t pay the talent that perform there making the atmosphere what it is. The McMillan needs to honor its agreements and pay for services rendered.
