The manager on duty (Tyler, I believe) is single-handedly keeping this place afloat. He’s hosting, serving, bussing, and running the kitchen. The owners should be ashamed for the workload they’re forcing this understaffed crew to shoulder. Despite the failure to hire and retain crew, this small group met all our expectations. We were a seven top, seated within minutes. Our order was taken quickly, and served accurately and fresh. Refills were timely. The restaurant is clean and inviting. If the owners don’t fix the staffing problem, this cannot be sustainable. You’re going to burn this crew out and the location is going to crash. If you have to pay above market, do it. If you have to find other incentives, like transportation, child care, better medical, or bonuses, do it! You have an amazing group of employees who are working their butts of for you. Be better for them.

Sandwiches are alright. The frys are a small portion and extremely plain. They say they come seasoned with salt and pepper but I ordered 2 of them and neither had any on them at all.

What even is this?! Two slices of dry bread, each with a piece of melted cheese that barely covers it, some pickles and some burnt meat. Biggest waste of money.

The sandwich was soggy and dripping grease. The picture shows sliced chicken but they just put a whole chicken breast on it. The fries tasted like they had been sitting there for several hours. We ordered and paid extra for ranch and did not receive it. It tasted ok, but I definitely would not order from this place again

Hi my name is Essence and I am the girlfriend of Mimi a server who was employed at the denny’s location on Milton. I am writing this post to bring awareness to the workplace abuse going on at this location. I’m pretty sure many of you who lived in Flagstaff for a while have gone to the Denny’s on Milton and have notice how they’re always understaffed because no employees ever stay and how the restaurant dining service has deteriorated. I am not writing this post to Trash Talk the restaurant and not take action. Many employees have tried to take action including my girlfriend and we have not gotten any results. We’ve contacted human resources and we have not gotten an answer back. The same with the Arizona labor department. We are trying to find the area manager to see if we can get results so please share this post! Let me start with I’ve never seen a restaurant ran this bad. The general & district manager does not care about their employees. They both have let a sexual harasser continue to work there (currently) after one employee complain that the other tried to kiss them in the fridge and another employee complained that they tried to smack their bottom. People’s hard earned hours have been adjusted just to not go over labor policies so they don’t get paid what they are supposed to.The other shift lead has worked a 24 hour shift before because the general manager refused to cover anyone shifts & she did not want to leave the other employees. My girlfriend has worked 84 hours in one week because of this as well. The new restaurant manager they hired is just as toxic. Calls employees “lazy motherf*ckers” in the front of the restaurant. Don’t believe me? Please go on Yelp look at the customers complaining about the way he talks to his employees. There’s a screenshot below of the general manager posting on Snapchat (his personal social media on company time) his employees resignation that he grammatically edited. There is a look into their professionalism right there. After all my girlfriend has endured at this restaurant, she decided to not just quit and remain professional. She turned in a two week notice yesterday just for them to tell her not to come back. The district manager! Now we have completely lost one income after she has exceeded her employee expectations for the good of the restaurant this is how they do their employees. Todd, Faustino, & Michelle aren’t managers, they are the bullies of the restaurant. Please share this post and let me know if you have any other information on Dennys on Milton. Let’s get new management for these amazing employees!

Had a late supper here after arriving on a delayed flight. Our waiter Shawn was ON POINT. We've been to an awful lot of restaurants, but he's probably one of the top 10 waiters we've ever had. It wasn't busy when we were there, but sometimes that's when it's hardest to stay on top of everything because you lose the rhythm of the rush. Before he went on break, he went out of his way to make sure we were set. While he was gone, the hostess came over and checked on us. My son had a broken leg and she listened to his crazy story. When we first arrived, she also made sure we were seated so that he was comfortable and could elevate his broken leg, without us asking. The entire atmosphere was amazing and was a great ending to a long and difficult day. I'd 100% go back for service, even if the food hadn't also been pretty darn good. 10 star service, 8 star food, 100% recommend.
