Toasted Owl has a great variety menu with great options across wide categories. These include vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian. (If the item applies to this category it will be mentioned with an icon on the menu.) The food itself is delicious. My family enjoyed all of our orders. The service is amazing here. When you enter you will be greeted by an employee, the place is not very crowded so you should get a table soon. You will then receive water and will be asked for your order, the employees waste no time getting your order and are very kind. The atmosphere is more causal and calming. I would recommend toasted owl to anyone looking to go out to eat for breakfast in flagstaff, or dare I say…nearby areas.

I got the Buffalo cauliflower bites for $14.95. There were about 6 sizable bites. The batter was soggy and not at all crispy. I also got a tempeh bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich. The tempeh was merely warmed up. Not baked or crispy at all. It was pale and limp. This cost $16.95. I appreciate all the vegan options but the food was meh. I would never go there again. Such a shame.

They had a fantastic breakfast sandwich that was so big I could not finish mine. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wacky and cute.

I love this place! We traveled from Louisville KY to Sedona and stopped here on our way to Grand Cannon. Very cute place. Great service!!

Definitely one of the better breakfast/brunch spots I've tried since moving to Northern Arizona. The egg fried sandwich with bacon on sourdough was delicious. Their breakfast potatoes were delicious. My wife loved her burrito. The 2 other people in our party loved their food as well. Will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Flagstaff during brunch time.

This used to be a go-to stop for me for gluten free sandwiches, but the more popular this place has become the worse the experience (and food) has become. I was specific with the woman when I ordered (wait was an hour to dine in) that I needed gluten free. She said the salad was the safest side. Later discovered the salad was covered in croutons, which I later tried to pick out but realized they were crumbly and the salad was covered in fragments of them. So the salad got tossed. The sandwich had barely any turkey. It was mostly bun. The sandwiches used to be thick and full of meat to the point where eating the whole thing was difficult. Not the case anymore. In addition, I waited 15 minutes to pick up my order but no one was working the front desk so I had to ask someone bussing tables to help track my order down. So for a $2 sandwich and an inedible salad I paid $25. Will not be returning.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free — restaurant does not make an effort to keep your order gluten free. Would not advise eating here if you have an allergy

Awful experience. We had a large party and the first to arrive were told we couldn't be seated until at least half the party was there. Ok, fair enough as many places have this policy. The rest of us arrive and we were then told it was a 30 minute wait. I get not being seated, but to not even get added to the list until half the party arrives is stupid. But whatever, we waited. They then asked US if we could wait in our car before a manager made an announcement to the entire lobby that we no one could wait inside. So we wait outside. Come the 30 minute mark, we are told about 10 more minutes. At 10 more minutes, we are told they are just waiting for "that table" to be done. We check again and a small party of 4 has been seated at our designated table. That was the breaking point where we left after wasting almost 2 hours in total.

TRASH SERVICE!! We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a party of 12 (which is fine since we are a big group), but after 50 minutes we checked for an update and we were told they were still waiting for the table to open. After waiting 10 more minutes we checked in a saw a group of 4 sitting at the large table we were told was going to ours. Also they made us wait outside with our grandmother in 30 degree weather.

The wait is long but the food was fantastic as was the service. Staff were patient and kind despite it being packed (don't go on a holiday!). Cute but small place, lots of fun things to buy. I highly recommend. Perhaps call when you're ten minutes from arrival to see if you can put your name in. Lots of free parking across a small road.

Made my grandmother and I wait in the cold for a table. After waiting for close to an hour we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After waiting an additional 30 minutes we saw that the table that they said would be ours was given to an another group.
