well......when the guy tells you the Diablo taco is super spicy and asks twice if you're sure, maybe think twice 🤣 because he ain't joking, and the thing made my lip bleed lol (I'm not mad about it. I'm happy I actually found something legit spicy/hot/flavorful/face melting in Flagstaff)
anyways....the Diablo fish taco is, in fact, insanely spicy. and it is divine.

Wow. Wow. WOW! Tres wows for the Tres Amigos! This food... I can't describe it! Full of flavor and dedication. We ordered Carne Asada Burrito, Carne Asada Quesadilla, and Bean tostada. We couldn't finish half of it. The Burrito was stuffed with Asada, rice, guacamole, etc and it was massive! Everything was fresh and wonderful. We stopped in on the way through and it didn't disappoint. Flagstaff is lucky to have this place!
What a diamond in the rough! I have driven by this taco truck for a long time and never thought to stop. Today I did, and WOW! Chicken tacos were unreal! The owner was super nice, walked the food right out to my one year old son and I. I haven't had Mexican this good in Flagstaff, and I will absolutely NOT be driving past this taco truck without stopping again. Might just grab dinner tonight as well.
