Almost every time I get a sandwich it is something a little different than what I ordered. It's like a mystery, you never know what you are going to get.

Your food is great....but this is an unorganized mess...By simply writing someone's name( or a number) on the ticket....you will improve your service 1000%. Simply hollering "kale and Almonds!" Isnt helping anyone. Several people standing around having no idea if their order is done.

I never ordered in person, only through the Starship app. I ordered some pretty basic salads only which were okay, nothing too special.

haven't used starship but in person it was really quick and easy, got everything right. tasted like a bunch of vegetables in a sandwich but what else could I expect

The salad itself wasn't terrible, however, they specifically added the things that I selected not to be added. They also completely ignored my selection of sauce. Would not recommend ordering on starship as the employees completely ignore everything you select.

Took forever to make a simple salad, order was done incorrectly and tasted disgusting. Small portion, the salad didn’t even fill the bowl.

I wasn't going to write a review, but it's been a week and I'm still shocked by the horrible service.I had just finished my class so I decided to hop on over to get something to eat. I decided to check out Turnip and Greens because I have never given them a try before. Let me just tell you, I will NEVER go again. I placed my order and waited. I was waiting with one other person and it took them 30 minutes. I kid you not. I timed it on my phone. The other person standing right next to me got her salad and immediately came right back because they messed up her order. They took 10 minutes to make her a new salad and she comes back a SECOND time. At that point, I was digging my grave. If they can't get her salad right then what makes me think they will get my sandwich right??? You want to know what took them so long? The staff were GOSSIPING. Talking about their own personal life and problems while on the job.They end up fixing that one girls order and I get my order not soon after. I find a place to eat and I look down to see that they messed up my order. I don't even care to walk back and get it fixed. It was a completely different sandwich then what I had ordered. Nobody else was waiting except for me and they called my name so the sandwich was meant to be mine, but they got the order completely wrong. I understand that we have our rough days but this service was unacceptable.
