The bar itself has potential, but the service seriously needs improvement. The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which took away from what could have been an enjoyable night. A little courtesy goes a long way, and I hope management addresses this.

I love and hate this place. The bartenders suck. The food is great! Thanks chef! The pool tables are MINT. But the bartenders and drinks are trash. And the only way I know this is because I left flagstaff for a few weeks and bar hopped LOL. I had the bartender tell me yesterday my drink was sacrilege to put pickle juice in my dirty martini, and that I was weird, I’m sorry your martinis suck? Maybe get some ripe olives? And fill my glass up to the top and stop complaining? I come in here not often so a lot of the times the bartenders don’t recognize me, but I think if they realized sooner rather than later that they would get a better tip if they made good drinks and we’re not a bunch of “self made mixologists”? Make my drink dirty and take my tip… why you gotta make it my problem you think I’m weird? I think you’re weird for thinking this is a five star establishment with a crappy attitude and mixing skills 🤣 The other bartenders in phoenix didn’t give a shit, and they got massive tips, because it’s not about you and what you think of me or my drink…. ✌️ My husband asked me why I think they can’t make my drink right…. Idk I’m not a bartender, but perhaps it’s the lack of class.

Went here as my main spot with my group for New Years/New Years Eve! Our bartender/server was Kelsey, and she constantly checked up on us and made sure we were good at all times. She was great, friendly, and always had a smile on her face, and even joked around with us too! She did great, will definitely be going back!

In my opinion, service makes or breaks a bar. This space is welcoming, the pool tables are great, the bar selection is excellent, and the service has been hit and miss over the years. Taylor (like the Swift) is the friendliest bartender we have ever experienced in this space! Way to make us feel welcome and appreciated! This is my favorite place to get my favorite scotch. I love Guinness and Laphroaig Quarter cask and the bartenders always remember my order. It’s hard to say I have favorite bartenders because everyone is always wonderful. Atmosphere is great, I love the food, pool tables are always clean, but most of all the service is always excellent.

Service would have been fine except for the fact that the bar manager assumed that we couldn't have more beers because my buddy ordered another beer while he still had half of one. Maybe he could have been cut off. But I was doing just fine. Regardless, The manager was incredibly condescending and lacked any element of service. Won't be back which is sad because I've lived here for 20 years and I've otherwise enjoyed this establishment. I really hope the owner reviews this and talks to the manager about it.
I’m surprised the unpleasant short heavyset brunette woman with a septum piercing is still working here. Claimed her name was Riley. Popped in with some friends & realized one of us forgot our ID. We were getting ready to leave when the woman tells us we aren't allowed to leave without showing proof that we had ordered an uber home. We had been inside for less than 10 minutes and didn't receive any alcohol there.... LOL. Yeah you can't do that. She also denied us a water to go, sounds more like a power trip than a concerned server ensuring patrons safety.

Came by with my family and unfortunately my sister left her ID at the pervious bar, we said we would go back to the bar we came from or just call it a night due to the time, the server said she then needed to see uber or lyft verification before leaving…?
She was a short brunette woman with a septum piercing, who then proceeded to tell us we could not leave the establishment without “proof” of verification of a ride… which is not legal.
Will never come back here and would advise never coming to this establishment, due to unprofessionalism and basic lack of state laws and regulations.

Service and atmosphere are 5 star, food is decent. The side of cheese is a bit watery. Burger and Rueben were alright. We loved the tots. I hope to come back when the Irish stew is ready. Super excited about the stew. This is far more a proper pub than the other down the street.

They offered a reuben sandwich and when it was served the meat was cold, the cheese wasnt melted. I had the fish and chips (tots) you could tell there were generic frozen tots.
