Went here as my main spot with my group for New Years/New Years Eve! Our bartender/server was Kelsey, and she constantly checked up on us and made sure we were good at all times. She was great, friendly, and always had a smile on her face, and even joked around with us too! She did great, will definitely be going back!
In my opinion, service makes or breaks a bar. This space is welcoming, the pool tables are great, the bar selection is excellent, and the service has been hit and miss over the years. Taylor (like the Swift) is the friendliest bartender we have ever experienced in this space! Way to make us feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you, Taylor, for shifting our perspective on Uptown’s bar service. You’re amazing!
This is my favorite place to get my favorite scotch. I love Guinness and Laphroaig Quarter cask and the bartenders always remember my order. It’s hard to say I have favorite bartenders because everyone is always wonderful. Atmosphere is great, I love the food, pool tables are always clean, but most of all the service is always excellent.
