This is me and my boyfriend’s go to after a hike. We are from Phx and whenever we come up to flag to hike and hang out, we always choose to come to Urban Pine. The chicken parm sandwich is delicious and the fries are a fun shape. The bread they use is top tier (I need it in my house asap). This always hits after a long hike. The employees are very nice too! Hope this place is here forever!!

I Definitely recommend this establishment. Good food, great service and nice ambiance. I got the flatbread and a salad. Service was quick and friendly. It was dinner time so semi packed. Will definitely visit if I’m back in the area.

Tried three different pizzas and none of them had a decent amount of flavor they should have. For having such a great pizza menu to choose from, I was disappointed. The fries were underdone and the sandwich wasn’t amazing due to the bread being doughy.

This was the stand out restaurant we visited during our trip to Arizona. The location is very charming, parking was easier than expected/ feared when we first arrived in Flagstaff, and service was fast. All of the food was delicious ESPECIALLY the banana pudding. I’ve never had banana pudding this good in a restaurant, only homemade. This rivaled my grandma’s recipe, and might have even surpassed it (sorry GG!). We were traveling with three generations (including a couple of picky eaters) and everyone cleaned their plate. This place was the only place that happened on the entire trip. We actually went back and ordered even more food (which came out in just a couple of minutes). But the real reason this place gets 5 stars from me is the service. I haven’t had service this genuinely warm and attentive in years. Since before Covid at a minimum. I think the person helping us was the owner (or maybe the owner’s mom since she referenced her daughter at one point?), but she was truly a gem.
Fast, delicious, real food with attentive service in a great location at very reasonable prices - what more could you ask for? Seriously, please go here so they succeed and we’re able to come back the next time we’re visiting Flagstaff!

Nice, chill place with great vibes. The refreshers are so good—super delicious—and the drink sizes are huge. I ordered the meatball sub, which was really good, just a very messy sub, and the fries were amazing. I love the cut of the fries. The cheesecakes are out of this world! The chocolate cookies were okay—not the best I’ve had. I do wish they were kept warm somehow since they’re by the register and can get cold and hard. The staff is super nice and helpful, always checking in to make sure everything is going well.

Meatball sub was three (probably) Sam's Club frozen meatballs on a hotdog sized bun doused in minced garlic, super soggy as other reviews mention. Ceasar salad was very bland. Big time fail on the food, I'm bummed I paid almost 18 dollars for this. Cheerful friendly staff is the only thing it has going for it.

Great food and great experience overall. We ordered three salads, truffle fries, and chicken tenders, and everything was really good. The service was perfect and fast, the place was neat, and the restroom was sparkling clean. I’ll definitely be back.

I have to say, I think this is the best place to grab a bite in all of Flagstaff. We read about it online and walked around the town before deciding to eat there. The food was great. Just delicious. The staff were so friendly and actually looked like they loved their job. Happen to speak to the owners father for a minute and these guys truly value their customers and what they do there. I fully recommend this place if you in Flagstaff
