Every restaurant or cafe that I have been to, when they sell cookies or pastries, they either offer to warm them up or they will do it upon request. The other day at Wendy’s I asked if they could warm up a cookie for me and they said no. I asked why and they said because that’s their regulation. I was very surprised because I have been to many places and this had never happened. Today I saw the district manager and asked him about this and he said that it’s a health regulation. He also very rudely said that the other day I was caught on camera being rude to his workers and arguing with them. All I did was ask what was the reason for not being possible to have a cookie warmed up. Most people like cookies the most when they are hot or warm out of the oven, or at least warmed up if they are cold. I don’t understand this regulation but especially the very nasty way in which the district manager treated me. I was never rude to the workers, all I did was ask what was the reason for that regulation. I would be very happy to be seen on that camera; I was never rude to them. This very unfriendly district manager is in charge of the Wendy’s in Flagstaff AZ or at least the one on Milton Rd. I have been to this Wendy’s literally hundreds of times but now I don’t want to come back anymore!

Run, run from this place and the complete incompetence of Hailie and the other workers who can't even process a basic order without 10min of back and forth, multiple issues, and a return to the store from the drive thru. Make that two returns now.

Id give it 0 if i could. Ordered at a kiosk inside and paid, but our order never showed in their POS system. We had proof we paid through the bank but they still wouldnt give us our food.
