Very disappointed this morning, as we usually go to this spot literally twice to three times a week to get my toddler his favorite biscuit cheese and egg. The egg was green and didnt look right at all, I called to express my concern to the lady to let her kno as I didn't want anyone else getting sick from it, but sadly there was no concern on her side I kept getting told its because of the heater they leave it on and no it's a good egg she kept repeating. Word of advice when a customer is expressing concern about nasty old food you should be concerned as well I will not be coming here anymore it was apart of my weekly routine to come here but after this no more, no concern that they gave my toddler a nasty egg very disappointed.

While in Flagstaff, I had to stop and renew my faith in fast food. As Jack in the box did NOT know how to follow simple directions. BUT... WENDY'S TO THE RESCUE! People there were extremely nice. ☺️ So pleasant and uplifting. I ordered a triple stack w/cheese. Asked for no BUN, extra lettuce,pickles and onions. When it was ready I noticed that my order was put nicely into a container and had No Bun!!! as requested. Easy.
But...Nothing like the Flagstaff Jack in the Box. They gave me everything I DIDN'T WANT! 😝😝😝😝 stay far away!
Wendy's service and food quality are the best around for a fair price 😋 GOTTA LOVE WENDY'S 😍

I've come here for breakfast several times and must say I've been Very pleased Every time. Egg cheese biscuit was excellent every time. Egg, cheese on muffin was very good. The potatoes also very good. Service was great! Good job people! Thanks

I ordered on doordash and was missing 2 items, I called and they told me I was lying and that they remember my order and it was bagged properly which it obviously wasn't. I was being very kind and understanding as I too work in fast food and know these things happen. I'm not even mad about the food missing, but the guy that I spoke to was very rude and being called a liar did not help. Terrible service, I just wanted my items.

Mixed bag. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but it had no bacon.
I had already left, so I called and they said I could come back and get another one another day. I did, and when I got there all the doors were locked at 6:35 (they supposedly open at 6:30). I entered through the gas station, placed my order, and mentioned that the exterior doors were locked, she said they weren't open yet. ??
